Got my application approved, had my bond and rent ready and got referred to service provider to set up power and hot water by Barfoots, been waiting for Property Manager: Linda to contact me after I sent email and text and called to let them know im ready, I was ignored, and just received a little text saying they not offering the house to me anymore and will be going with another applicant. Unprofessional

When you are looking for a property on a website you don't want to click so many times before arriving.

Barfoot and Thompson is useful friendly and way easy to navigate. Just ask my husband. Try them the next time you are looking to sell or buy a property. And I am not being paid to promote them. JUST SHARING

Receptionist acted like the Manager, I cancelled a Property Inspection due to increase in COVID cases. Her reply was to say well we can do Inspection under the red light. Irrespective of me informing them the reasons why I did not want the visit. Tenants do matter we pay the rent and keep you employed. I work from home 3x days a week. No one may visit during this time. Thank you

Sonia was our property manager for more than a year. She is so professional and responsive. She made sure that our concerns or requests were communicated to the owners on time and even helped find a replacement when we moved out. Great customer service from Shintia in rentals! Saw one of her properties where she introduced another property to me. Shintia took me through on a Sunday to see the property which was very accomodating. Unfortunately the property wasn’t suitable for me.

Hi, second viewing canceled by Shintia Prasad in less than 3 days, last cancelation today less than a hour before viewing to reschedule it 2 hours after, does that mean she couldn'tbother wake up on a Saturday morning? Me and my pregnant wife were in the car ready to go when noticed the cancelation. Tried to call her on mobile number no answer left voice-mail message. This is very unprofessional and very disappointing, specially from a company like barfoot and Thompson. Us too we would have prefer to sleep longer, specially my pregnant wife. This is ridiculous. Hope to hear from your company asap.

I’ve dealt with Manas Nanda, he is a nice adviser and helpful at every step whether you are a first home buyer or an investment property.
