Barfoot & Thompson Royal Oak

We moved in this house 6 months ago.from very first day we are complaining about faulty remote given to us and we needed new one.our property manager start responded 2 months ago but still no positive result.have contacted john (branch manager) to get his attention.

Have had great experience with these guys. From signing to a rental agreement to looking after the issues at property, these guys have been really great. Had great experience with our property manager Sonia, who have always been quick with any concerns. Highly recommended.

Been calling and texting about a vacant property in Mt roskill to a agent names shinitia prasad for 2 days. No response and told me to wait for a link for a video. No wonder that property is vacant for months. Terrible experience. Avoid them

Barfoot & Thompson Royal Oak have been looking after our rental property in Auckland for over a year now. They have always been professional, friendly and helpful. Terrible people to deal with, especially a lady named Hannah Davies, very unprofessional and irresponsible

Have emailed the gent about 7 times about a particular property after viewing it with no response, waste of time to say the least.
