As a reminder:
* There was a dent in a drainage pipe from someone climbing through a window
* There were the biggest cockroaches I've ever seen
* There was paint missing from the door. I'm not talking nicks, I'm talking an palm size hole.

You claim to have tried to phone me before, but my phone logs show this isn't true.

Sadly I was manipulated by BARFOOT & THOMPSON LIMITED TE ATATU property management, While I was on a 1 year long employment contract in Queenstown we rented our beautiful home out, The property managers DANIEL NORCROSS and DANIELLE WILLIAMS kept poor records, allowed the tenant to become seriously behind in rental payments (which we never recovered) $5950.00, they recommended a tenant with a criminal record (never background checked tenant) and a gang associate.
They allowed the tenant to have 5 cars which 3 of these were permanently parked and damaged our beautiful lawn and new concrete driveway (2 cars max were allowed only).
The tenant assaulted the neighbouring property owners for complaining about continuous noise, and caused $68,000.00 damage to our home by smashing in multiple gib walls, smashed 5 double glazed windows/doors, stole the gas hot water cylinder unit and air conditioning units to a house built in 2019.
Te Atatu Management DANIEL NORCROSS and DANIELLE WILLIAMS had all the clever excuses possible but at the end of it all they a just a pack of lying unqualified goats, don`t trust them with your assets, they don’t care so long as they get their over priced fees and they can move on to the next dumb property owner.

Always professional, prompt and courteous to deal with. My dealings were with the Rental side and would definitely recommend.

We have had a series of property managers in the property we rented, Dan has been far and away the most efficient, quick to respond and generally fantastic to deal with when we have needed things fixed, and when we were moving out. If you are looking for a property manager, I imagine he would also be great as an owner- he has high standards with great communication!

I have just moved into my first property that is managed by Liam. He has been great to deal with throughout the whole process. He knew the answers to every question I had. He has definitely helped make the process and move stress free. Definitely will be recommending him to others

Liam was very responsive and understanding of my predicament of finding a house so quickly. He’s made the whole process extremely easy and so stress free I’d not hasten to recommend him and his team as the people to go to 1st.

I was a tenant with B&T Te Atatu for 1.5 years and have had 2 different portfolio managers. They were both professional, efficient and awesome to deal with. They go out of their way to assist you anyway they can and are great with communication. I would definitely use them for any rental properties, they have been nothing short of amazing.
