The team at Barfoot and Thompson are wonderful. Liam Dalton is awesome as our newest property manager. Since becoming our property manager he has taken immediate steps to find us new tenants, and has organised to have the appropriate clean up and repairs made to our rental property. He is very professional, well organised, and highly efficient. He is excellent in all communication. He gets things sorted as quickly as possible, especially during COVID lockdown period when he was in regular contact with us, as we needed some documents urgently for our bank. We are completely satisfied with the management service provided by Liam and highly recommend him for managing your property.

Reasonable service till May 2018. Shorted rents, messed up water invoices, forever chasing up on everything and difficult communication just exhausted me. Had to leave loss behind and move on with another property management company, which is 100 times better! My life is back to normal again.

The most unrealistic people to deal with! Would love to write a novel on how bad this branch is! Expects your home to be “show room standards” and only cares about there commission.do not recommend! Good luck if you ever have to deal with them!
