Spoke to ryan on the phone. He was very helpful. Very prompt service, good communication and reasonable price. I booked in the morning and had their service after lunch. Very efficient! I booked them to fix our hot water cylinder, turns out we needed an electrician. But toni (plumber) took his time and checked everything. I told him about our pipe blockage problem too (which i did not book), he went out of his way and checked it. He also spoke to ryan about our problem. And ryan kindly helped us by telling me that he can book us the for another service to help us with our problem the following week, which was amazing.these guys are really helpful. I would highly recommend!

We hired Tom and his team on a recommendation to do a Fitout for us. Toilet, kitchen, hot and cold filter and some challenging piping and sewerage.
He was incredibly professional from the first call throughout the entire project, if there was a challenge he made suggestions, not necessarily the easiest of fastest, but all suggestions, if only more tradespeople were like him.
Comes highly recommended.

Issues with our hot water cylinder. Plumber came, he was in the house 3 minutes, he said there was nothing he could do and they charged us $166. Would not recommend them, please shop around!

Tom came around at short notice and sorted out the unpleasant odor issues. He was really professional and maintained good Covid protocols.

Tom Kelly and Ryan Mahe were amazingly professional and quick to respond to my elderly parents Hot Water Cyclider bursting. My mum has had a stroke and Dad is 87 and anxious and deaf. Ryan was so professional but nice enough to reassure and anwser any concerns and questions on the day.

Really fast and efficient service by Tom Kelly and Ryan. Our cylinder expired just as we were going into lockdown and we were very concerned that there wouldn't be showers for at least a week! BB Plumbing sourced a cylinder and installed it under careful Level 4 restrictions. Great sigh of relief!
