Tom and the crew are friendly, professional and tidy. If we call with an urgent plumbing problem, they're always quick to respond. And, we LOVE our Hot Tap - which means we never need to boil a kettle again! Thanks, team.

I have had many dealings with the B and B Plumbing crew.
They are a knowledgeable team. The first job they did for me they quickly sorted a problem that two other companies couldn’t figure out.
They are always happy to quote my jobs as I like to know the price upfront and have never had any surprises re the bill.
I always recommend them to family and friends.
And thanks again for sorting out my hot water last week.

I was wanting a better delivery of hot water and another tap installed. This was all done on time and the advice I received achieved a much better result than I could have done without this advice. I highly recommend B&B Plumbers for their excellent service.

Update on last review. Absolutely NO reaction to poor review in Sept and still receiving statements wanting payment - even though I raised issues and wanted them to communicate so we could make an agreement. When I reply to their statements each month in a pleasant way and try to put my point of view in a reasonable way, I just hear NOTHING in return.absolute silence! Does this company have soooo many complaints and issues that they cannot reply to any of them? Or are their clients so unimportant that they just ignore anyone with a query.
Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. You have been warned (no I am not a competitor of theirs - just a very frustrated client - now past-client!).

I have used this service a few times as it was recommended. The plumbers are good. But the last experience was below average, they did however send another to redo the job who was very professional. Unfortunately the average job also resulted in a broken roof tile which wasn't reported and I had subsequent rain damage. I sent a courtesy email to let them know this had happened. No one replied so I won't use them again.

Had a leaking pipe for our unit within the basement car park. One plumber unable to deal with as involved specialist piping (fusiotherm). I rang fusiotherm manufacturer who suggested two Penrose based companies who have "all eqt, materials and trained techs to do this work".
BB Plumbing attended - all good thus far. Sadly it was not to end so well!
Tech #1 attended and viewed issue. Arranged for materials from supplier in Penrose which surprised us.needed only standard fusiotherm plumbing items (elbow, length of pipe, socket). Assured us no charge for hour to collect eqt required. Work done with two staff on site as pipe attached to ceiling (2.4 mtrs high)
Invoice received 12 August SHOCKED - total $886.22 (labour was 85%).
I pleasantly queried the invoice immediately with specific questions in an email. All materials and costs listed except labour which was stated as $757.56 with no hours stated.
Have not received ANY reply to query (now 08 Sept) and Statement wanting payment received today. I have asked for a reply to my mid-August queries again. I am a calm, reasonable person and appreciative of good service and good communication if an issue arises.
Communication and response to leak - very good. Work - seems good. Charges - SHOCKED. Communication since - very POOR (non-existent).
Will this generate a response I wonder?

Fantastic job done! Had my hot water cylinder in my ceiling fail. Had a couple of other plumbing companies come to look at the job, but all said it would be a costly excersise with some of my roof needing to be removed to do the job. B&B sorted out a cost effective solution by fitting an outside hot water cylinder. They organised the whole job including the required electrician to supply outdoor power. Very happy with the job and the final invoice

Great initial contact, but almost 2 weeks in and still no quote. We have tried to follow up only to be told that it may take another week and if we had another plumber as these guys have no time. Really? So you have just wasted 2 weeks of our time. Appalling service. Cant even express my frustration.

Unfortunately the lowest that is available is 1 star. If possible, a negative rating based on poor customer service is justifiable. Staff member was rude and company should invest in training him what good customer service means. Absolutely appalling phone manners. The worst person to have quoting your companies ongoing business.

Said they would come and didn't show. On follow up they said they would come the next day and didn't show. Two days later I called them and was told they had no record of me in their system. To top it off they were rude. Avoid.

Had a few issues with our toilet seat replacement but B&B (specifically David) went above and beyond to find an appropriate seat to match. We really appreciated his attitude and commitment to perfecting the job - thanks so much!

After watching B&Bs brilliant video on their website I phoned them for a quotation to supply and fit two new hand basins. I got informed on the phone that it would be three months before they could quote on this work. Really says, they weren't interested. An truly appalling attitude by that staff member.

I have a couple of jobs requested for my house with short notice. B & B Pluming arranged a time to get sorted within 24 hours. They arrived on time and get fixted the problems. I will definately use your service again and happy to refer anyone looking for a great plumer.

Excellent customer Service- right on the Friday before Christmas they were assigned to replace a faulty new Wastemaster from Kitchen and Things. They were prompt, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Ravi completed the task quickly and was really helpful. Thank you)

I asked them to CCTV/video 10 meters of drain. They came round quickly but it took a month for the video to be sent to me and they charged $480.
I was asked what I wanted by three different people and they go and do whatever was the most expensive anyway totally ignoring what I asked for!
Expensive & sloooooooow.
