Birkdale Motors

I have used a number of mechanics over the years, but Birkdale Motors are by far the best! They are always very fast at diagnosing the issue and fixing it. They don't charge through the roof prices and very easy to deal with. I live in Warkworth but still choose to use them anytime my car needs servicing, WOF, or repairs.

Guys helped me fix up my car for wof compliance. Were very fair, honestly shocked with how little it cost, feel a bit bad almost. Will be going back.

I took my Mazda MPV in for repairs, the engine was making a clunking sound on acceleration. Within 5 minutes of me dropping it off they had found and fixed the issue (loose bolt) and called me to come back and pick it up. They sent me away with no charge. These guys are the real deal. Outstanding service.

I needed a WOF and service. It was my first time using Birkdale Motors and they are in my area so I thought I’d give them a try. I was very impressed from the moment I called to book my appointment. James was pleasant and excellent communication throughout until I picked up my car. Reasonable pricing and great service. Highly recommend!

We just booked both of our vehichles in for warrent of fitness. Seamless process start to finish from booking to communication on the day with honest advice on best steps moving forward. Highly recommend.

Chris and his team are so reliable and are good communicators. We use them for all three of our work vehicles plus our personal family vehicle. Great service, always checks the price with you before go-ahead, highly recommended.

Very middle of the road experience. Good pricing, but messy place and not great customer service. I wasn’t told my car was ready to be picked up and they didn’t answer the phone.

Great place, awesome staff, excellent work on my car. I needed a replacement spring for my weedeater and thought I would try there before going to a Mower shop. Staff awesome as before let me rumble through some oddsNends, found what I needed.

Very grateful to Chris & the guys for taking our truck in for urgent repair yesterday, sourcing & replacing starter motor & back to us within 4hrs so we could still make it to some appointments that afternoon where it was needed. Cheers heaps!
