Brightshine Blinds

Excellent service, there was a time delay but all due to Covid lockdown. My windows are not at all square but the technician took his time to make sure I was happy with my shutters when he fitted them. I have had previous shutters and wooden venitians from Brightshine and always been happy with their quality and service.

We are thrilled with our blinds. The whole process was easy and the communication with the Brightshine team was fantastic at each step. Yvonne who came to measure spent time getting to know our preferences and ensured we got the right fit for our place. She has great people skills and spent time talking with us just as people. I didn't realise there were so many options to choose from (I mean it's blinds right? !) But honestly this was easy, the install took 5? Minutes and they look great and reduce the heat a huge amount but allow the light in. Will definitely use again.

We have used Brightshine twice in the last five years. First to install ventians and shutters in a house in Auckland and recently to install shutters in a Taupo house. They offer excellent, competitive and very transparent service and we would never hesitate to use them again - and to recommend them to other customers.

Brightshine is a family owed business. I have used them 5 times for my residence and rental properties. They provide an excellent service and very good rates. Hayley is the owner and very pleasant to deal with. She always gives me great and honest advice. The after sales service is also very good which is very rare to see in most businesses these days which is why I have been an returning customer for last 6-7 years.
