Generally excellent experience shopping here for garden supplies in particular. Brian and Jason in the garden cente are exceptional. Friendly, well informed and very helpful.

The place contains all that you require to set up a new home and is also quite reasonable. If you check online on the items you want to buy, you'll know where exactly to look for as the place is huge

Good big store with friendly staff. Checkouts can often be busy. Found recently that where items say they are located on the website is not always correct. You see a lot of people walking back and forth. Cafe is well priced. Coffee hot and strong

40 mins wasted ill never get back. I walked up and down the directed isles and spoke to customer service all looking for firewood. After waiting ages for an area expert to come help, he looked for two minutes shrugged his shoulders and said "i guess the website is wrong" despite the store showing 18 in stock. People make mistakes, but I don't appreciate folks wasting my time without even an apology.

Hi Bunnings, I had been looking to purchase a Ryobi lawn mower and blower vac and saw online the Ryobi One+ 3 piece Graden Care Kit (I/N: 0151832) which your website said was instock at the Bunnings Mt Wellington store, so on Sunday I go in store and there is no stock to be found. I ask your staff who told me that they were allsold out. Fast forward to Monday I see that Bunnings constellation drive has stock, so I head in store and ask your staff who inform me that they have 5 instock, once again they are unable to find any.they then say that they can see on the system that Bunnings Glenfield has 16 instock, I ask them to call the Glenfield store to confirm that they have stock which they do. I then go to the Glenfield store and once again they can not find any stock. One of the Glenfield staff took my name and number and said he would call the Ryobi rep to find out what was going on and call me back later that morning. However, I have received no call. Between your website and your staff, I feel like I have been sent on a wild goose chase around Auckland. I struggle to find how you are able to run your business when it appears that no one has an accurate picture of the stock.

Worse customer service experience i ever had. I've come i ask for i certain items i needed they said sold out then walks away then I needed polystyrene sheets at 2400x1200x25 an I needed 20 of them well three of them where damaged but still took them an then I ask for help to get it on my truck.if I pick them up I could break them so I ask for help no one would help not even allow me to use anything to help me cardage it to my truck they just agnore me that really made me angry cos soon as I loaded up bam! Bunnings staff were carrying items out an they were the most smallest items.for customers that could of did it themselves an getting them trollies for item that wasn't even big but me had to go threw that never again.

Appalling service received form the Bunnings and the Glenfield store. We ordered a BBQ online over 2 weeks ago, it has not been delivered, the online email support team have passed our emails onto the Glenfield store and the Glenfield store has passed our query back onto the online support team (where they have a 7 day SLA to respond) Finally get through on the phone today to speak with customer service who explained her Team Leader James is in an all day meeting and is unable to talk to us. She also advises we have been refunded for the BBQ order, but can't tell us the amount or date is was refunded (we can't see a refund) spent 45 minutes on the phone to no avail. She offers to call the Glenfield store for us (we have tried calling but there is no answer) very disappointing your customer service phone team and email team are not equipped to resolve simple customer issues, nor will anyone take responsibility. Have also messaged via Instagram where a staff member has told us that our contact number was on the order was incorrect and the "communications have bounced back" a very odd reply considering we have email confirmation of the order. All in all Bunnings, sort out your disgraceful customer service, you also have two numbers on your online support emails, one for Australia and one for NZ, surely you can work out which country the customer is in and tailor the response accordingly. And in addition when I call the customer service line there is a message explaining that the will be a wait to speak with a customer services rep and recommends that I try emailing the online support team instead (which is rather amusing given their automatic response suggests a 7 day SLA) Covid is not an excuse for bad service and stop trading (and fulfilling new orders) until you can sort out your existing undelivered items.

It’s a pretty awful place. Don’t get me wrong the environment is lovely. But you can tell that the managers overworks their team and doesn’t care about them at all. They are always short staffed and the employees look like they aren’t getting enough breaks and are super stressed. It’s gotten 10 times worse since Covid also.

Wouldn’t recommend supporting a company that cares so little about their employees.

Doing a great job while in level 3 lockdown and it's good that trade card powerpass holders can still enter and purchase reqd products awesome staff very polite and helpful

Excellent supplier, Bunnings never let us down when it comes to buying odd bits our electrical supply company do not stock.

Omg, answer the phone. Annoying much. They never seem to pick up the phone, I can understand how busy you guys are, its not that hard to pick up the phone and talk to your customer. So frustrating.

I just bought a Gasmate stove from bunnings, first they took almost 15mins to bring my order to car, now at home I open and the box is broken in so many places. Am so disappointed Bunnings.

First time visit at BW Glenfield branch. Auckland still at covid alert level 3 lockdown so only allowed for online shopping then a click and collect option other than delivery. Bought a char-griller as birthday present for hubby and was ready for collection just after 4days. Went to collect today and shall I say there click and collect process was well thought & organized even though there's a long queue of collectors the waiting time only takes between 10-15mins depending the size of your items. Thanks Bunnings warehouse team! Awesome job

Amazing service at Click and Collect this evening. Despite being extremely busy, these guys handled the situation really well and were offering lollies (distantly on a shovel) to customers while we waited. Well done Bunnings team!

Great Bunnings to go always stocked up and helpful/ friendly.until recently during Covid lockdown. I went in during a job to go pick up some items after having surgery that morning with my work mate, grumpy lady at the front told me that only one of us could go in, I tried to explain that I needed someone to help me carry the items as I was struggling myself as I just had surgery she then said it was okay but then started questioning my trade business card and asking what job I was doing, I tried explaining to her that I was the owner of the business but then got frustrated and left and went to a better Bunnings.remember we are all in this together and we do not need annoying Karen’s asking us what we job site we are working on like it’s illegal to work.

My order got cancelled despite the items clearly showing stock available on their website.
Also my online login to their website isn't working anymore. Their IT system is very wonky. Annoyed.
