Awesome level 3 service! The whole process from ordering online, collection details, pick up process was smooth & friendly. Great team work guys, you are providing your customers the best service in difficult times!

Big range, big place, lots of parking spaces. Staff members are friendly, though can be annoying. I came to try to find a replacement for my toilet washer; their plumber pull my old washer, torn parts of it, then told me that they don't have it and I should try plumbing specialist stores. You could have a look at it without have to torn it apart; yes, it's an old washer and is quite brittle but I can still use it - as it was only slightly leaked - while I try to find its replacement; now I have a badly leaked toilet because of you!

45 mins waiting in line. Not good. Put me off on line shopping. Wasn't worth it. Once I got a car space the service was ok.

A lot of good selection of hardware, wood materials, paints, etc. Stuff that you use for DIY or building, or cleaning is in there. Also a nice range of plants, I love plants.

Very understaffed on sundays!
got the point.very few trade people come on weekends, probably they are only interested high $$$ value client who doesn't need much help on product selection.may be negotiation on trade discount!

but most of DIY lovers have option to shop on weekend who need lots of help.see if you can look situation from this angle.

Good product range, friendly team. I really like the Bunnings App that help you to locate the products. But the car parking at Glenfield store is very hard to park.

My favorite store of all the stores I go to. The staff are helpful, polite and nearly always have everything I need. Always 10/10.

Huge range of stock everything including the kitchen sink timber, gardening, home houseware power tools and misc bargains.

Bloody hopeless waited ten minutes for help that never arrived after been asking twice on intercom.in trade dept.leavt and went to mitre 10

Got to Bunnings at 15: 15 got what I wanted, stood in a que and waited. A gentleman infront of me paid cash, cashier did not have 4nzd change. The lady at the entrance walked up to all of us and told us to move to the till next to us. The teller moved as well, we were eft pos only, I asked the lady from the entrance why were there not enough tellers, self service portals shut down. I said that it is not fair to make the customers wait. I asked her to get someone to assist, her comment was (I am not paid enough). I said that we are still customers and need to be treated fairly.
This lady was extremely rude and told me not to shop here at Bunnings again.
Really rude and disrespectful. Will never shop there again.

Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and approachable, I was having a bad morning after a night shift but my mood got better because staff greeted me with smiles on their faces it’s contagious. I would probably come back here if I needed a mood booster even if I dont have to buy anything lol

What great, thoughtful service! Bunnings Glenfield were unable to fill one of my orders for a seed packet purchased online, but Gowri contacted me to confirm if I wanted to replace with a similar seed. It's really appreciated how throughout and kind this was. Thanks Gowri and Bunnings!

I am always (pleasantly) amazed by how well the staff know where the products are, so much so that the new Bunnings ad shows an assistant pointing to where a customer needs to go, as I always get taken to where I need to go. Well done staff!

Always amazed how staff have little knowledge of products or no one is around. You can't ask at the self checkout, also information desk lines way way back. Trade desk you can guarantee a person is going to answer your question but you could still be waiting a while. I drop by due to quality care from Bunnings. I SUPPORT NZ OWNED MITRE10. Bunnings Glenfield I would rank very poor service compared to all others in the North Island. It's the training of staff. Glenfield Bunnings add insult to the advertising of Bunnings on TV. Honestly you would get two excellent workers in that Bunnings while other staff loaf or disappear. I've made many complaints to that store. MITRE10, Glenfield, Albany, warkworth. SORRY BEST BUNNINGS IS CONSTELLATION DR, well worth the 19 min extra drive.

Amazing service. If HO could get some extra staff for their Wairau branch, I think it would be 100% all the team in Trade have been treating me great for years especially Nessa. Ty ty

The usual Bunnings Warehouse, by which I mean same/similar layout with other Bunnings outlets.which makes looking for items quite convenient.also, there are helpful staff around if you need any assistance.

They need to update their stocks online, it said they had it but they actually didn’t. Waste of time and gas driving all the way to North Shore for nothing.

Not very helpful, workers standing around, don't know the stock.all round not good (and getting cut off consistently on phone!)
