Bunnings Warehouse Manukau

I went to replace a broken weed trimmer and the outdoor equipment supervisor said I can't replace it because it's warranty. I showed them the policy of their store and she changed her mind and gave me a new trimmer instead of replacing the broken part always read their policies before going in to return or refund

Absalutly disgusting. BAD BAD BAD A big insult. This place had a shrine in front of there door.

This is not a place to promote a religious beliefs and reigious cellebrations and practices. This should be done in peoples own personal time not apart of their work unless people work in a religious job.

No checkout open as people cue at the customer service. Staff on customer service not helpful and talk rudely.

Easy system great staff order, wait for pick confirmation, then go pick up no need to leave car. All they need is a coffee drive thru while you wait

Good parking space. Greeted with smile. Proceeded to paint department. Took some time to get help but was served to my satisfaction.

Numerous staff. Couldn't get any to smile let alone offer assistance. Off to mega more 10.

Excellent service went in lookjng for parts for my door knob and the guy i spoke to was vey helpful and had very good suggestions

Parking can be an issue at times but on occasion strike it lucky

Terrible store. There are more people stealing things than workers doing their job. Their stock is all disorganised. A mess. Well, Manukau.

Placed an online order on the 24th of August, it's 10: 09pm on the 2nd of September and I still haven't received my order.you get a 0/5 stars for this service, you only get the 1 star otherwise it won't let me post. Don't charge $75.00 for a delivery fee when you can't deliver

I tend to feel a little overwhelmed as it's a large store but the garden center is pretty good and the the staff are friendly.

Always good to come to Bunnings. Does get quite busy and sometimes sells out of stock. But lots of parking and helpful staff.

Came to look for a vacuum and ended up staying a couple hours as Bunnings were running a crafts activity for kids by the playground and Cafe. I enjoyed the well priced large flat white as well the crafts activity with my nieces. The girls loved it and this could become a weekly activity, or more likely monthly.

Wow! Put some heaters in their for your staff, bloody freezing there, hard to find stuff there, Hawera the best and they have heaters not far from their tills and excellent service there

This Bunnings has the craziest and most un-intuitive layout. Whoever decided to change from every other Bunnings needs a tune-up. Avoid if possible. (Other than that it's a normal Bunnings)

There inwards goods need a good shake up, too slow to unload trucks. But inside the warehouse its self, is much faster and efficient. I'm going to give you a 3 out of 5 stars.

Went specifically to look at this rug. I noticed it last time as I was leaving, sitting in the entranceway. Awkward to move things around and get it out to buy, but u had a v helpful staff member who assisted. I go to Bunnings often for house things and usually buy something even when I didn't plan it. Always worth a trip.

Girl name Codee at CS has bad customer service. I asked for her help and didnt even want to bother checking for me. This is why Mitre10 is miles better.

I gave this store 1 star because the service was very poor. Had to wait 20 minutes for assistance. Not a happy customer.
