Bunnings Warehouse Manukau

Horrible customer service. Girl named Codee at the counter was terribly rude and was handling the products very roughly.

Generally has a wide range of hardware. I had cause to use the special orders desk recently. For some reason it is placed in an out of the way part of the store. Each time I went to it, it was in attended. This meant going back to the entrance to ask them to send someone, or on my last visit, staying at the desk and ringing the store and asking them to send someone to the desk. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful.

Not a lot of help available when you get someone though they are great. Girl in tools area knew what I wanted & I didn't, Maori girl

Staff Raj was very helpful in giving advice about shower domes. He made sure I do manage to walk out with four. He looked through the store to find my order.

I went there 2 days ago to buy some fire extinguishers saw some 4.5kg ones on special at $110 to $59 so grabbed 3. I got to the checkout and was told they are $150 each and the ones on special are out of stock. Supervisor said that they were out of stock at all stores. Nice store though despite this.

Website stock information was wrong. I got passed around 5 staff members who could not tell me if they had it in stock or not. Got told to stand in an aisle and wait for a staff member who never showed up. Lost my patience and walked out. Went to Mitre10 MEGA next door. The first staff member I spoke too pointed me in the right direction. Bunnings staff need to know how to look up stock information in their own store.

Due to their pathetic 1 checkout system in the tool department I found it quicker to go next door and make my purchase at Mitre 10

Staff member refuse to cut the wood to the sizes, Said cutting service is no long available from bunnings.
After number of ask.they finally cut it, but cuted too short!

Staff are always helpful and friendly, so I can’t give less than 5.

The only feedback I could offer is that the young lady at the entrance was head down on her phone.

I went to get 6 outdoor chairs and asked one staff member (her name is Cara) to help me but she was too lazy, she said, she is busy so I have to go to the customer service desk and speak in the mike (speaker) and ask there for help. All she was doing is standing there. I left the chairs there and came out.
Very lazy staff, I dont know why I am giving them one star because they don't even deserve that. People like her should be sacked at the same time once the management see their name on the review because it effects the name of the store.
Would rather go to mitre 10 from next time they have a helpful staff.

More customer service and provided no help to my enquiry.
Im surprised to find that bunnings does not have its own guarantee and warrenty for products they sell. I thought if you buy it from there they are who you return it too. Shouldnt sell a product your not willing to back ypur self

Bad customer service. Today I went Bunnings and ask for help two times but not one staff member is help me. Really disappointed ️️

Great Bunnings, it is really big with a wide range of building supplies.
Also had to pop into the ladies bathroom and they were really clean. 10/10

Very good and helpful staff. They go out of their way to give service. Especially RON. He left what he was doing to help me even after I insisted he finish moving some stuff away. His answer was that customer satisfaction came first. Thank you RON and thank you Bunnings Manukau.

Hopeless not helpful very less staff compared to mitre 10 made me run around looking for some sku numbers. This lady Prem in Manukau honestly she wasn't helpful at all a little training on products would help wasted 2 precious hours.

Disappointing alot of the vege plants looked sick.not there usual standard. But please still check them out because they are usually pretty good

Poor service - Incorrect information.
Needed some specific 4kg gas bottles for work. Drove from Bunnings Botany to the Manukau store, as Botany was out of stock but Manukau had none either. I went to customer services and asked if any branches had the gas bottles I was after and was told that none of the branches had any in stock. I then drove to Mt. Roskill and found they had about 15 of them on the shelf, I grabbed my three and carried on.
I'm sure there are some hard workers at the Manukau store but their CS desk team aren't trying very hard!

Surprisingly good helpful service, but that was in the garden centre end. Usually very disappointing service so it was a nice change.

Absolutely the worse staff team ever, my house got robbed today and needed some help with buying my door lock, the staff attitude was the worse and didn't provide any compassion or help/advice even after me showing photos of the crime scene, and just shouted at me 'that isle is closed for work, go to bunnings takanini'
