Cameron, organised our window cleaning to be done. The cleaners were great the windows are sparkling, they have done a fantastic job. If you need your windows cleaned or your house, don’t hesitate to call Busy Bees Cleaning Services the best service ever!

I used Busy Bees Auckland for an end of tenancy clean a few years ago and the booking was completed in a satisfactory fashion. Therefore I booked them again for another end of tenancy clean. This time I not receive a confirmation email (although that could’ve been a technical glitch).

I had not inspected my property after the move so was not fully aware of the condition. I received a rather rude and condescending phone call from a woman (who didn’t bother to introduce herself). She advised that she “doesn’t know who lived here, the house is filthy” which is a comment I found to be very judgemental. She advised that the clean would cost more than the initial quote due to the house needing more of a scrub, which I would have been fully accepting of and was not a problem for me. She very rudely said that they can do the clean “but are we actually going to get paid”. I think there are better ways of wording that or check that I was happy with an additional cost, rather than making a judgement call on my values. Also we are people meant to clean, before the cleaners come? Is that not the service we hire cleaners to do? Do they only clean ‘clean’ houses? I found the customer service from busy bees appalling and very unprofessional. Needless to say I cancelled the booking and will find another company to spend my money on. After reading the other reviews, I’m glad I didn’t go though with the booking.

We recently used their service to do a full clean of our house. They quoted on a 2 hour clean which in general the clean was ok but not satisfactory it did feel rush and to there defence they might of under quoted the job and didn’t realise how big the house was. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked again but went with the 6 hour clean unfortunately this is where it turned. When discussing what we required it turned into a yelling match, we just wanted to confirm what the 6 hour clean covers as we didn’t want to have any confusion on what we are after. I personally wouldn’t recommend there service. (We are based in West Auckland)

Have used Busy Bees for carpet cleaning in three different houses. Absolutely delighted with results each time.

I wish that I had read these reviews before I booked with Busy Bees. At first I was optimistic about using this service, though the customer service via phone and booking could be improved.

We booked an end of tenancy clean for a 3 bedroom house along with wall cleaning, communication was great and they were kind enough to perform the service even though we could not meet them there - because of this we paid 1/2 of the price before we had seen the property.
The Kitchen was barely cleaned, the top shelves of all cupboards still dirty and not even so much as wiped (As if we might not see them?) several wall cupboards and their doors were not wiped down or cleaned at all. The toilet room was also unsatisfactory, the toilet itself still covered in dust and dirt, the window sill not wiped properly at all.

The rest of the rooms in the house were cleaned decently but they were not hugely dirty aside from needing a vacuum and wipe down of sills and walls.

When I contacted them after viewing they essentially called us liars by saying that they had cleaned properly and to our requirements (Which was untrue, I was literally looking at the things they hadn't cleaned!) They they said to us that for the state the house was in they should be paid more - we had called them before the booking and told them that unfortunately be hadn't been able to do a pre-vacuum before they came so they knew already that a decent vacuum was needed.

There was no offer to come back and amend the issues and contact became quite rude - we told them we would not pay anymore.

They have so many negative reviews, lets hope they learn from them. Pictures of some of the filth below.

The girls were so lovely and accommodating but missed a few areas I mentioned. Paid good money but job not quite finished. 98% satisfied.

Used the Rotorua team for a move out clean. Below average cleaning. Not impressed by the attempted resolution, would not recommend

Nalveena and shazlin cleaned my whole house. They did an amazing job. Amazing service. They were on time. We are super happy with the service.

Got a quote of $202 for an end of tenancy clean. They came 40 minutes late and said that it’d cost $425. Tried to say gst wasn’t included and they wouldn’t clean the walls (despite their website saying the opposite). We disputed the cost and after an hour they said they couldn’t do it that day, even though we’d booked it in weeks before. Don’t use them, absolute scam.

I hired them to do an end of lease clean - cost nearly $200 more than the quote said and the landlord rejected the clean as it was not up to standard. After I paid nearly $600 for the clean - I then had to scrub tiles, wipe walls and clean the kitchen again. Do not recommend. I contacted them to make it right and received poor communication where they said they would however never followed through. Was a waste of my time and money.

Cost was way too much for a low quality clean. Definitely go with premium cleaners over these guys, they were far better.

I was moving out of my flat and needed a move out clean. I found the online instant invoicing that Busy Bee’s had really easy to use and getting an instant quote was great. We did a normal clean of our flat beforehand, I ticked that it was in ‘good condition’. Fiu and Kelly did a meticulous clean, and for such a reasonable price. We were really impressed and will definitely be using Busy Bee’s again.

Very poor clean and aftercare service. The said they cannot clean the top area of my shower tiles, because 'they are not tall enough to reach'. I thought that a cleaning company would have a step ladder for these occassions. Do not waste your time and money with these people. Poor service and poor excuses.

Booked a "3 hour spring clean" and expected that to mean 3 hours. But no, it was 2 people for 1.5 hours. The options to pick don't make sense to what is actually offered. I can't imagine how anyone can do a spring clean in 1.5 hours? I would suggest clarifying with this company before committing - which I thought I had done but this wasn't stated in writing, so the girls had to call their boss to request more time, luckily they could stay.

Their website portraits images of an excellent cleaning business, however that is far from the truth!
My wifes Nanny cam caught them using the same cloth used to clean the bathroom, then after that the children's room drawers, chest, bed heads and then window sills. I strongly urge others to stay away from Busy Bees!

I contacted this company to clean our home and after taking all details from me including address, time & date and instructions on where the key would be they didn't show up.
I contacted them and we agreed they would visit the next day with the same instructions.
They turned up, found the key, called their boss to confirm the address and decided because nobody was home, they still couldn't be 100% sure it was the right house.
I contacted them again and explained that it was becoming quite difficult to arrange and the Tauranga Manager said "look if it's too hard, we won't bother" and hung up.
Terrible customer service - didn't even get to experience the cleaning service.
Strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Very sub-standard clean, the lady Jenny was in knee braces that looked very serious. When I first saw this, I was worried. I had good corncern to be so as the clean was far from professional leaving large amounts of dust in the corner areas of the kitchen and bathroom areas. When I asked them about this, they said, that the the mops they use are not adequate to clean corner areas and there was nothing they could do about it. I DO NOT reccomend!

Very poor customer service when trying to book a first-time service for cleaning of my place. The guys they sent were clueless, tardy and not well presented!

I have used Busy Bee Cleaners on several occasions and found them to give excellent service. The quality of work has been consistently good and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I am a single man and they didn’t do a good clean of my small apartment, they didn’t do basic things like wiping down the dining table, dusting under television, fruit bowl etc, bathroom floor was not moped around the toilet area and was left undone and dusty.

I asked them to return to clean again as my elderly father was coming to stay and I wanted the place to be nice for him.

They did return, however yet again, they did an unprofessional cleaning job leaving the dining table unwiped, bathroom floor not moped with water, only a once over with a dry mop which still left dust and hairs etc.on the floor.

After their returned visit that was sub-standard and that didn’t even address the poor service from the first visit, I received a rude text from Frankie and Jenny saying that they will not be returning to do my fortnightly clean, that I had arranged.

This is not a professional behaviour.

After numerous emails to the owner of the company Busy Bees (Judy Olliver) she finally replied, she was argumentative in her email replies and not at all interested in even hearing or understanding the truth of the matter.

I am bringing this to people’s attention as I don’t want anyone else to get ripped off with this company.
