Busy Bees Cleaning Services

We were expecting a visit for a quote to clean our property at 4pm 11/02/2019. No show, no txt or call to say the appointment was cancelled. Very disappointing ️

Terrible job at our office cleaning. The customer service is also appalling. Would NOT recommend.

Poor service, ripped off. Lied to by the franchisee and poor response from the franchisor. Would not recommend, no clarity on their rates or service.

Recently used for an exit house clean and carpet clean. Excellent service from booking through to the finish of the job. Cleaners turned up promptly and left the house sparkling. Called the carpet cleaner to come a little early, and he did, and again did a superb job removing all stains in the carpet and leaving the house smelling fresh and clean. Really impressed with the professionalism all round and would recommend to anyone needing house cleaning or carpet cleaning.

I had a very bad stain on the bedroom floor of my rental property that needed urgent attention to bring it up to standard for prospective tenants. The team at Busy Bees Carpet Cleaning worked their magic and did a superb job - the stain was completely removed and I could not identify the patch of carpet affected. Fantastic job!

Wish I had of seen these reviews before booking. Worst job ever!
Booked full house clean before we moved into property and paid $250 for them to basically dust and vacuum. Kitchen was a joke, didn't look like had been cleaned at all. Got them back as I refused to pay and slight improvement but not worth the money.

Negative stars. Do not let these people inside your house. They left stains on my carpet and blatently lied to my landlord about what services they had offered me. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy, with terrible communication. They are also ignoring my emails asking for a refund.

I regret paying them on the night before I could get home and inspect the place. $240 to get my carpets commercially cleaned and they somehow manage to ruin my carpet.
