Wherever there’s an issue with our car, we go to CarLab and CarLab only!

This past Saturday, we went to local VTNZ to renew our WOF. VTNZ failed us with 3 different issues, and I called CarLab first thing Monday morning, knowing they’re always busy and booked out and not hoping for anything until next week. Roman, a superb customer service champion, managed to fit us in first thing Wednesday morning (2 days after I called!) and fix our car in one day, providing extra parts at no cost and answering my 1001 phone calls through the day.

This is the only place in Auckland so far where we haven’t been ripped off, to pay for issues that do not exist. I am always 100% confident in their service and quality of parts, and would highly recommend anyone to visit them for a cheap, efficient, and pleasant experience.

We passed our WOF today with no issues Thanks to the whole team at CarLab and you’ve got customers for life!

Excellent service: fast, efficient, honest, calm and friendly. Very tidy garage. Customer- rather than profit-oriented. Apart from the needed service, got the front seats and mats vacuumed, a nice touch.
