Car Lab

Took my BMW v8 there to service. Not only they did the service, they checked many other things and fix lots of little things here and there. I have never seen any mechanic so polite, friendly and professional. It was my first time there and I do not think I ever go anywhere else. Respect to these hard working honest guys! Will be back again and will recommend to anyone I know!

Had a significant problem with the ABS system on my relatively ancient A4, as well as a few other issues. Roman from Carlab found and resolved the problem quickly, when two other Audi "specialists" had failed. He also completed the WOF and fixed all the other problems very efficiently. Can't recommend these guys highly enough, the cost was very reasonable, they explain everything clearly and they're very easy to deal with. Great stuff, relieved to find a mechanic we can rely on.

Wow Wow Wow - I had an engine warning light out on my car (Nissan Stagea) - I phoned them and drove down within 5 minutes and they scanned it immediately, reset the code, told me the issue and now I can fix it myself. It's rare to get customer service, honesty and integrity these days and these guys certainly know how to deliver it in spades! Total cost $0 - awesome people!

Great service, knowledgeable specialists & kind people work in CarLab. Highly recommended. What is really good - the car is always ready as promised. No overcharge or other typical "problems discovered" calls later. One of a few places where you know - everything is going to be done just the way you like it. The guys always offer a convertible as a courtesy car or a lift home or office.
