Very happy with the experience I had purchasing a car from this dealer. PJ was very polite and pleasant to deal with throughout and the vehicle purchased was in very good condition. It was a really good purchase made after my last car bought in 2012. It was a really good trading in and I bought a Toyota hybrid and it’s runs really smooth and hardly use petrol. Service was impeccable, specially PJ he was really cooperative and helps us a lot. I like his CSR and dealing. I recommend everybody to visit once. There deals are cheap as I got toyota prius from them and it's working really smooth and nice.

Great service and excellent car, highly recommend to all! I had a minor problem with the window switch a few weeks later, Carbro fixed it without any hassles.

I am very unsatisfied with the deal, i used it just 2 days from second day on words some problems with vehicle and I already spend 500 for maintenance and now it's showing some problem with engine. It was really an unfair deal. The client's will expect quality of cars from dealers when they purchase.

We have experienced a mixed bag working with Carbro. One staff member was friendly and the other was not. They seemed to have cars at good prices and we tried to purchase two cars from them but both vehicles failed an independent AA inspection. We believe that passing an independent inspection is not an overly high bar for a 5 year old used car to meet.

The first car had a tail light improperly installed, rust under the car and water through the boot of the car which was the most odd thing. It also had paint differences on the back corner. This indicated a POSSIBLE back repair not done properly, leading to water coming in.

The second car had an oil leak only visible from under the car which was found by the AA. It also had welding marks on the front indicating repairs. The second car also came with an "AA appraisal" supplied by the dealer that said the tyres were 6mm each and great condition, but when we took it for an independent inspection the tyres at the front were 3mm and one had a gash in it which could have been a WOF fail according to the AA centre. We asked about this inconsistency and the Carbro staff told us maybe the AA had lied? Which was oddly defensive. They seemed unwilling to even aknowledge the obvious issues with the tyres. I note other reviewers have had tyre issues too.

They also were not uploading VIN codes onto trademe which allows for a damaged import check and stolen vehicle check etc. Even after asking them for this twice and being promised it would happen, they never did.

After two cars had unwelcome surprises we have decided to move onto other dealers. Be sure to get anything checked yourself! Two stars for the single friendly staff member who tried to help us fix the issues
