I'm 110% happy with the service provided by Carbro. They were honest, courteous and provided extras which they weren't obliged to do. The car is all they described it to be. We are enjoying it very much.

The car is OK but aftersales service was very disappointing. The front tyres wore down to canvas on the inside edges within a few thousand km. We had the tyres replaced and the wheels aligned and the mechanic reported that a steering component had just been changed without realigning the wheels afterward. When I reported this to Carbro they weren't interested in doing anything or paying any of the costs. They didn't respond to any emails. As far as I am concerned, this was not sold in a fit for purpose condition and they should at least man up and help with the costs instead of saying it's not their problem. I am just glad we haven't had a major problem if this is how they handle smaller issues.

Picked up a Lexus a week ago and the team at Carbro were extremely helpful with the test drive, AA pre purchase inspection etc. They were also happy to keep the car on hold while I arranged to buy it.

I bought a car from this company and I wouldn't do it again. Take this as a warning if you are thinking about using this company as there are so many more you can deal with in Auckland. They promised a lot and when it came to the crunch they didn't deliver. The after sales care has been nil and I am now considering taking them to FairGo or Small Claims Court. Companies like this should be shut down or at least made to face up to their commitments.

My partner bought her car here. They seemed very approachable, happy to let us inspect cars and go out for test drives. They were also very accomodating & helpful setting up an AA pre-purchase inspection.

Landed in Auckland from overseas and needed a car pronto. The Carbro team slowed me down and made sure we drove out in the right car for us. Very pleasant and easy to deal with, and yes we are 100% stoked with our car! A worthy 5 out of 5 stars.
