Very clear communication from Bruce at the showroom, Steve took the measurements a couple of days after. An invoice was promptly and after a partial payment a convenient installation date was set.
Simon and co.turned up on time and did a very professional job with the installation.

Exceptional service here from Bruce and Christine who really knows the trade and have been working in carpets for decades.
Their knowledge of the products and expertise in the fitting requirements of carpets and engineered timber flooring solutions is second to none. Upon visiting the shop you are welcomed with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Great care and attention to detail is taken, ensuring you have all the information needed to make an informed decision. Christine is fabulous at colour consultation. What’s also really helpful are the whole rolls on display so you can get a good idea to how the carpet looks instead of a swatch.
The carpet layer came on time and took great care with the installation of my garage as I had chosen the heaviest wool carpet available. He finished the job meticulously and also left it with everything cleared up. Totally recommend them. I will definitely return here for any future carpet requirements, and I was also very happy with the price paid. Overall a top, reliable and professional all round service. I came across Carpet Country through a radio ad a few weeks ago and called into their shop in Mt Roskill to be greeted by Bruce. I explained that I had never purchased or replaced a carpet and that I was utterly confused by all the options provided by other companies.
Bruce was super friendly, very patient and explained in simple terms what the options were and why and made it very easy for me to decide on the spot the type of carpet that seems right for me.
From there an appointment was made for a person to call into my house and measure it out. Again, this was done on time, with a phone call ahead to check that the time was still suitable. Steve was very knowledgeable, being in the industry for many years just like Bruce, and made me feel at ease with my decision. He answered all my questions and within a couple of hours after he left, I had my quote with the full breakdown of costs involved.
The new carpet was laid last Friday by a very efficient work crew of 3 in no time at all and of very high standard. The lads were very polite, on time and again, checking in with me regularly to explain the next steps.
Not only was Carpet Country offering a very competitive price on New Zealand carpet but their great staff, service & communication all round was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them!
