I needed a large rental house re-carpeted and found Bruce and Christine extremely pleasant and friendly to deal with. The retail experience could not have been better. On the planned day the old carpet came out and the new one went down, I don't think I have ever seen a guy work harder in my life, I was sweating just watching him. He made a fabulous job and all at a very reasonable price. My own home is now getting done by Carpet Country and I have every confidence in them.

The people at Carpet Country are friendly and very efficient. We received quotes from other carpet companies to carpet a rental. They were really expensive in comparison to this company. We have used Carpet Country in our own home as well. We have also referred friends to Carpet Country, their also were impressed with their purchase. Landlords should look into this company. Rental carpet is thin and hard to walk on. We purchased a good quality carpet for a small increase in price.
This company arrived on time, a professional lay was done. We are extremely happy with the final out come.

We ordered carpet from them, paid, arranged for our carpet layer to come and install it and now they are telling us the carpet is not in stock. This has caused a lot of delays for us and if we knew we would have never ordered from them!

Heard Carpet Country’s ad one morning on the radio and I had had a couple of other quotes but thought I would see what they had to offer. Was served by Christine in the store and after she found out what a wanted made a couple of suggestions, took the samples home, chose one had a measure and quote and was very surprised by the price. Half the price of the other quotes and was the only company that gave me a breakdown of the quote. Rang and booked a installation date and at first wasn’t going to work but after I explained why I had chosen that day they made it happen. Installation day arrived and Tony the carpet layer arrived nice and early and was straight into ripping up the old carpet. Was done in no time at all and Tony was very professional. I am so pleased by the quality of the carpet I got it seems so luxurious and lush nd am still buzzing over walking over it. Love it.

Our first time getting new carpet and we were on a bit of a budget. Carpet country had a range of carpets on sale so we jumped at the opportunity. The price was significantly cheaper than others. But then we even compared regular pricing and they were still better value. We were given samples and great advice on how to choose which carpet colour. The quote had a nice breakdown and was easy to understand. We opted to move all the furniture ourselves to save a bit more. The guys turned up and got stuck straight in. Some carpet was uplifted and taken out before we even left the house! You can tell they were very experienced. We arrived home to discover brand new carpet installed an hour ahead of schedule. We were very impressed with the service and quality of the product. Extremely good value at Carpet Court.

It was going great until the 2nd day of the Carpet laying and then there was a little hiccup but Christine got it sorted - Yay! Huge thanks to Tony for working the long hours so my 89 and 90 year old parents can sleep in their own beds again. Re-carpeting a house with possessions accumulated over the last 30 plus years is quite a mission, but we love the feel and look of the new carpet.

This is the second time I have used Carpet Country for a full house install. The selection was easy with some good advice available and we took away sample squares to test on site. We then booked the carpet installation for the day after we settled our new house and before we moved our furniture in. The installers worked as an efficient team and we were truly delighted with the result. The detailed care they went to around the heritage staircase was beautiful workmanship. The following day I discovered they had laid the leftover bits into a long cupboard under the stairs. Nice one Carpet Country!

The staff are always professional, polite, helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
They are very competitive regarding prices.

Great range of carpets and there are full rolls on display instead of little samples so you get a good idea about the carpet. Good deal on at the moment for a whole house lot. Staff are really helpful and spend time with you. This is the best place to get carpet.
