Purchased carpet a while back. Awesome service from Richard and Sophie, extra points for patience with some very picky and indecisive customers! Install was held up by lockdown but was done promptly and to a high standard when feasible. Carpet looks great and is complimented by most visitors!

Staff are lovely and very helpful. Let's hope the install goes just as good as the visit to the store

This was one of three companies I looked at, ended up choosing a different company, Carpet Court prices are on the high side, slow in their response to the costumer needs, had to chase them for the quote and you would need to negotiate the price! You should read the contract because costumers are expected to move their furniture!

Really poor service!
I purchased some laminate in October 2020. Carpet court made an ordering mistake and delivered a different laminate on the day of installation. Since the rest of my house was already done with the chosen model, i refused installation.
After speaking to carpet court, they offered to install the wrong laminate (the previous flooring had already been removed), order the right one (which would take 12 weeks to arrive) and install the new one as soon as it was available.
It has been months now and carpet court are ghosting me. My phone calls go to voicemail mail and they are never returning phone calls or emails. I managed to track the rep who sold is the product once and she assured me my laminate had just arrived in the country and she would send me an email later that day too confirm an install date. That was 3 months ago!
No communication since and nothing has been sorted!
I will never use carpet court ever again!

Never answer the phone, when they do you get put on hold indefinitely, no courtesy to offer to call you back.

Delivery/collection not great, have had to make multiple phone calls to be able to pick up our flooring despite assurances from retailer

We have recently had our house carpeted with Rhino carpet and our garage with garage carpet and have had exceptional service throughout. Both products more than matched our expectations. We dealt with Tracey Wilson who went above and beyond what you would expect from a Sales Person and we would have no hesitation in recommending both Tracey and Carpet Court in the future.

Wary after a family member's own carpet installation dramas with a competitor, we visited several times before a decision was made to choose a Cavalier Bremworth wool carpet and quality underlay through Carpet Court, Wairau Park. From start to finish, it was an extremely positive experience. Sarah and Sophie were helpful, friendly and professional. The installation team led by Steve could not be faulted and we are thrilled with the result.

Amazing service and absolutely love my new Rhino Rhode Island carpet. Looks amazing and very luxurious to walk on.

Why would I spend my money here. In the shop a good fifteen minutes and no one even acknowledged us. The sales assistant then dealt with another customer who walked in after us.

Worst service I've had in years. We wanted samples for 4 carpets of which 3 were no longer available. Why have them on display with a price if they can no longer be purchased. The one sample that was available we waited over 30 minutes before I gave up. The sales assistant continued to make us wait while new customers entered the store. Terrible service.

Worst service ever. Appalling. Not just once but about 5 times. No communication or poor communication numerous times. Don't use them.

Very disappointed.as I had to trade with very dishonest people-adding extra charges after that you received final price, accepted the job and paid the deposite.no any call from them -during the wait of 2 weeks with our bedroom completely empty ready to put the carpet.
