No reply to telephone calls. Miss quoting - raising $ on acceptance of job. Delay of 3 months before commencing job - with varying excuses. Damage caused during laying not recognized, repaired, or replaced. Attempt by company to Blaim on customer. Legal action being considered.

A pattern is forming in these reviews.a straightforward purchase led to extra charges being added incorrectly, and when this was disputed the poorly trained staff became defensive. Product took far longer to arrive than was told.
