I just want to say, I'm amazed by their efficiency. I went to their website to enquire about GAP7 material. Was expecting a call back in the next few days and materials probably the next week. Got a call back from Linda within a minute of submitting my enquiry. Price was reasonable, so I went ahead with the order and material turned up on site within half an hour. Happy days.

Just bought some firewood for this winter.was told it was seasoned but when I checked it was between 30 and 40% moisture. Won't be able to use it this year. A bit unhappy.

After entering the above review, which I now feel was a bit hasty, Central Landscapes have got back to me and offered a solution. They were also upset to find damp wood in their mix and will be checking with their supplier. Since there was a problem and now a solution I am upgrading my review to 5 stars. Very easy to deal with. Lovely people to deal with in the shop, yard was a different story…. Would never use again after dealing with the most arrogant creature ever too wear a leather cowboy hat (says it all really) would avoid using if possible!

I am a planting enthusiast and will use a lot of soil. I found this one to be very good. The reception staff are very friendly and professional. I am very happy to buy garden soil and have it delivered to my home at a scheduled time. I will often go shopping for garden items.

Super bummed out about this company. I had previously opened a wholesale account, so I got new quotes, budgeted and planned my whole landscape architecture. Less than 2 months later I ring to order. They have no record of my account, one person says they will honour the quotes, 15 minutes later a different person rings to say no way. They refuse to honour the quotes they had provided me with that I had relied on to budget and plan from. The quotes had no expiry date on them. They were rude and abusive and cost me so much more money than we had planned and budgeted for. Terrible experience. Total rip off.

I see you've made reference to my husband saying we were happy to proceed. I asked him to take over talking to your team after your worker with the American/Canadian accent was so rude to me I asked to be put through to your manager and he wouldn't. To be honest "happy to proceed" is a bit of a leap. We had contractors booked and paid for on site waiting for your delivery and a project to finish building. We were being extorted but had no choice. The words to me from my husband after he finished paying all the extra unbudgeted money to your team member was "We need them more than they need us. We had no choice" As for your truck driver stating I was happy, polite and friendly when he delivered our stones and soil - yes ofcourse we were. We are good people and it's not his fault your company ripped us off. We were not going to take it out on him. I've had a sick family member I've been helping recover from surgery so apologies I haven't been able to take your calls this week to rehash the feedback and events that lead to this honest but very unhappy review. I will take your call because as the business owner you need to know someone set up these policies and everyone in your customer services team not only allows it to happen but believes its okay. It's not okay.

Just want to say thank you to Central Landscapes Albany for the awesome end-to-end customer service. They were awesome from start to end, and $75 next-day delivery saved me a few weeks and reversing a trailer up my driveway.

I had the luck to talk to Myles yesterday, asked a few questions about scoria. Myles answered all of them patiently and professionally. As I do not have a credit card, I was invited to pay in shop today.

I came to the shop as promised and Myles has been waiting for me there. He was very professional, experienced in drainage/landscaping area and helpful. He asked me one question: Do you need some drainage coil under the scoria? I explained that I wanted to lead water out without a coil. He then offered me the best solution and educated me why a coil is the easiest way to achieve my goal.

As I am not familiar with landscaping, he even drew out the idea for me. I have discussed with my builder - it turned out that Myles was 100% right.

I understand that Myles was working as a professional drainlayer so that is why he can easily come up with the best plan for me.

Super friendly front of house staff, very knowledgeable & helpful plus excellent front end loader opetator (owner) smoothly placing 1/2 cu meter of white chip stone into our single axle trailer. Great result & 30 minutes later job done.

These guys are outstanding. I called up, barely knowing what I wanted and the amazing staff guided me through it, figured out exactly what I needed and delivered everything super fast and were extremely helpful and friendly throughout.
Can't fault them, great service.

Unfortunately to say.my experienced, worst customer service on the phone this morning. Tend to make the orders on line but can not get. If can not be polite this job not suit. Rude lady!

The office team are fantastic, super friendly, superior in knowledge base and freely offer suggestions and options. The delivery guys are amazingly helpful, also great with ideas. The prices are amazing.
Personally, without any knowledge in landscaping, the team are helping me achieve an amazing garden. From weedmats, product selection to the tricks of the trade.

Right from Ann answering the phone to my driving in their gateway - two gents in the process of loading a small truck - one on a loader - asked what I was after and a trailer was on the back of my car and clear directions to loading area. Waikato topsoil for my vegetable garden. Superb customer service experience and I would highly recommend Central Landscape & Garden Supplies.
