Absolute worst ever firewood purchase for the height of summer. Bought 1m3 of what the call it hot mix. I call it COLD MIX. Gum was wet to the core, put in our outdoor fireplace and all we got all night was smoked out by smoldering wet wood. Thanks for taking $150 off us for absolute rubbish wood. Rip off merchants. There was no mention of it being wet what so ever.

Third year of firewood Central. Unlike cheaper options, their wood is bone dry. Generous loads of wood. Delivery driver went above and beyond to tip the load in a place that made it easy for me to shift and stack

There were few rude services from them last year, hope they are getting better after lockdown as it is still my nearest choice to get materials for my garden

Rude customer service, didn’t know or want to say anything about their own product. Sand quality was poor as it contained sizeable rocks, bark and wire which they were overly surprised about.

Bought a cube of ti tree got half a cube of scrap with it, when I called them up they were extremely rude about it.saying its normal.so I basically paid $150 for rubbish I cant use. Will never go back

Best prices for landscaping products, purchased some builders mix the other day and the free trailer provided! As the cost of delivering such items are high these days, it's good to having them there.

These guys used to be good, however, after buying my wood from them for years, I no longer will. They have some wonderful staff still, just a couple of bad eggs that spoil it. On the last occasion I was there, the woman accused me of lying about the price (that I received only a week before - I had the receipt!) and then proceeded to watch me and double count everything I had purchased. I had no trouble that she couldn't honour the same price, but the rest of her actions left me with a very sour taste.

A pleasure to do business with the very friendly & helpful team here. Great service, including free loan trailers & a really good range of quality products. Loving my 1 cubic meter of Hotmix for my log burner. The house is toasty warm again.

Designed for bulk purchases via trailers which they offer free of charge. Good if you need rocks, mulch etc

Good selection of bulk landscaping wood or stone at reasonable prices. Service was friendly enough.

Turned up early one morning needing mulch straight away. After some jigging of other orders around they were able to get all the mulch I needed to my house by 8: 30 am. Was really impressed. Thanks people. You saved my backside! Highly recommend working with these people.

Went here to buy some firewood. The service was great but the wood was wet. Went back to buy sone dry bagged wood which turned out being wet as well. Would not recommend this place for buying firewood.

I have been putting off coming in as I was not quite sure what I would need to sort out my lawn drainage. Turned up and they sorted out all the stuff I needed quick smart. Helpful, efficient and friendly service. Cheers Lads!

Busy on weekends with queues for loan trailers so I had to go elsewhere. Would recommend the Mt Wellington store if you need a loan trailer.
