We dine in for lunch and front staffs were so welcoming.
Their shakes are must try and food was great too.

I went for brunch on a Saturday. Not too crowded and the staff were super friendly. I ate the big breakfast and it was ka pai
Great location, near a bus stop, and easy enough to find carpark.

This was good, thanks for the experience with the massive milkshakes and all the sweet stuff in the world.

*UPDATE The manager has since contacted me and offered an apology and a free lunch or refund I accepted the refund.
Terrible service couldn’t care less about the customer take your money then leave you waiting for ever.we were a pre-booked group of 5 and they left my daughter without a milkshake despite, 3 polite reminders to staff, my daughter watched the rest of us finish and still waited while staff delivered to people who arrived 20 minutes after us. She burst into tears. I couldn’t leave because of course you pay first. Utterly awful experience that was meant to be a celebration and they didn’t even offer any apology or sweetener. Short staffed does not cut it when you serve others who arrived later rather than a child in our group I will never go again. When I finally said I want a refund and to leave since we’d all finished long before, they said we can make one in 2 minutes, I watched them and they did, 2 minutes to rectify the problem 20 minutes after the rest of us had finished.

Their shakes are way too much, in a good way. For any sweet tooths out there this is a must try.

Ordered on Uber eats, very disappointed… could not eat our meals. The chicken in the chicken burger had an off taste and was cold. The potato Rosti with the creamy mushrooms was severely burnt looking like steak. The add on bacon was not cooked. The mocha tasted like sachet coffee. Absolutely do not recommend.

Myself and my partner took our 18 year old to cereal killer as a treat for her birthday. After reading amazing reviews we were excited to go. Coffee had a burnt taste, kumara rosti was burnt and the cookies and cream shake didnt look like the picture. For the price it was extremely underwhelming. My daughter had high expectations and was disappointed and my partner said the price was not worth it at all. Will not be returning unfortunetly.

Amazing breakfast and coffee and a great place for the kids to enjoy shakes. Door front parking, wheelchair access and funky ambience was just additional bonus. Must visit cafe in Auckland.

One of best cafés in Auckland! The pictures don't lie, if you haven’t been here before you need to get there now. The Smoothie’s catch your eye but the food is just as amazing! Will be back for sure

We booked for my daughter's birthday. The team were fantastic. Well organized, amazing food nice and fresh and the shakes are everything. I highly recommend booking a birthday or get together ️

Very welcoming service. Delicious treats quite expensive. Definitely was a good time to have time out with my teenage/young adult kids xoxo.

Went for the shakes, was not disappointed. If you haven't, then you need to try a freakshake. The cookies and cream was amazing. Next time though we will definitely try the red velvet and nutella is one. They looked amazing when we saw them made.

Great birthday treat for 10 year old boys. Kishan stayed open late for us and nothing was a problem. Awesome staff, kids loved the shakes and fries definitely worth a visit for a birthday treat! Highly recommend!

Great spot, kids love it, mixed experience thanks to non-functional reservations.
Have visited twice by popular demand from the kids. It was a busy time so I booked I made a reservation a week in advance both times. Both times it was clear that the (awesome) floor staff had no idea about the reservation, there was no table reserved, and our arrival was a complete surprise. Both times the (awesome) floor staff were able to compose a table for us after an awkward wait. Once in the fire escape, once in the toilet doorway.
Cereal Killa cafe need to be honest with themselves, with their staff, and with their customers - either they take reservations or they don’t. If you don’t want reservations just don’t take them, no shame in it, lots of cafes are walk-in only. It’s OK, no one will mind if you don’t take reservations, just be honest about it.

The place is very unassuming, just squashed in next to a row of shops, and easy to miss. But what an awesome little place!

They serve breakfasts starting at $7.50 and lunch. And of course some of the most amazing shakes! Only surpassed by their totally delicious coffee.

Hi went to this cafe other day. It was recommended by one of my friend.
If we talk about location, its on dominion road, quite easy to access.
Customer services is excellent. The guy named Kishan has amazing greeting skills.
If i talk about food i tried creamy mushrooms, a veg dish and it was delicious.
Then i ordered milkshake and the guy Kishan surprised me with fruity shake as I asked later on.
The milkshake are definitely need to try once. Im sharing you the picture of what i had. See the shake guys.
I definitely recomment you people to visit once.

Beauuutiful Café! Their shakes are not only epic but also are DELICIOUS! Amazing food as well especially love their burgers highly recommend! Definitely booking them for my birthday celebration!

Cotton Candy Cookies and Cream.most delicious milkshakes ever. Nice service clean tables and loos available. Grand kids loved this school holiday treat. Amazing place recommend for children for all ages. Each milk shakes had a specific design with a great variety of ingredients. Each spoonful was a masterpiece. 5 yr old said it was the most delicious place ever!

Awesome helpful staff. We had the Cookie Dough and the Oreo sundae. I actually preferred the Cookie Dough. Both amazing with presentation. Nuttella on outside of glass used to stick the sprinkles and decoration. =) Makes for interesting 'eating'. Also had 2 small curly fries, while quite expensive at $8.90 each, was a good addition for balance of sweetness. 2 shakes between our family of 5 was just right.
