After another repaired botched the repairs on our car, we were able to transfer the car over to Chapman Repairs who fixed it up. The previous repaired was adamant that was as good as could be achieved but Greg to one look and identified the issue. A bit of a wait to get in but after seeing the improved results you can see why. In this day and age we live in "Good Service" is a very rare commodity to receive.

Picked up my vehicle this week from Chapman Collision Repairs and can 100% say that the whole experience from initial introduction to driving away once the repair was completed was five star.
I dealt mostly with Gregg and it was obvious to me he has vast knowledge and experience in all things related to the motor industry, not just in the Collision sector but mechanical also.
The occasions where I did communicate with other members of the team was also very professional and courteous.

The communication was great and most importantly, the end product was outstanding, the side of the car that was extensively damaged and repaired looked like it had just been driven out of a new car showroom.

Fantastic service, incredibly thorough and understanding. Initially replaced one of my windows and car battery after I had my car stolen and located. Cleaned the car immaculately after there was dirt all over the car from being at the yard and glass shard all throughout the interior. Once returned, they helped me with extensive diagnosis and further repairs after there were several issues identified and they made sure my car was returned to the exact condition it was before the theft. They respected my concerns from beginning to end, which I appreciate immensely. Thank you guys for helping me through a very stressful situation.
