Excellent service, friendly staff and very helpful!
Even though they were extremely busy they were able to meet my expectations and gave me a courtesy car to drive while my car was being fixed. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

5 Stars isn’t enough. Came in as my front bumper had come off. Within an hour they had reattached it and sorted the issue. When I went to pay, Greg refused and said it was easy enough and was only a few clips. Staff were really friendly and accommodating and I felt seen the minute I walked up. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Greg and staff were very professional and friendly. I have used them twice and been happy with cost and repair.
Collect my car in terrible weather and drive way was pretty crowded so Greg made sure car was turned around and positioned in driest spot for me to leave. Going that extra mile seems the norm for this business which is so appreciated these days.

Three things you'll notice when you turn up at Chapman Collision Repair: First, you are greeted by a big friendly guy by the name of Greg Du Preez. What Greg doesn't know about panel beating and car painting isn't worth knowing! Second, the whole place is gleaming clean, tidy and organised, it seems to run like clock work. Third, whilst having your car repaired and when you pick it up you'll feel like you are in safe hands. Communication is top notch and repairs are first class. Greg and his team go the extra mile, they even gave my car a complimentary valet before I picked it up! Thanks Greg!

My car was crashed and AMI asked me sent the car to them for repair. After approximately 2 months, parts arrived. They fixed the damaged area in very good condition. Much appreciate their efforts.

The workmanship and quality of the repairs were stunning. The repaint is perfect and getting the use of a loan car makes it so easy. Friendly and helpful staff

Greg was friendly, knowledgeable and did extra mile for me. Elsa was great in customer service! Chapman did my repair twice in different occassions and both satisfactory. Will definitely choose them again in the future.

What great service. Mine was only a very small job but they were fast and efficient. They matched the paint perfectly and refitted the wing mirror cover for me. Would highly recommend

Great service, great job! The car was delivered back to me cleaned both outside and inside - what a pleasant surprise. Good communication and friendly helpful service. Hopefully I won't need a panel beater again any time soon, but if I do I will be using Chapman Collision Repairs.

Repair was ok, but let me wait for two months and would provide me a courtesy car to drive during the repair, but at the end I didn't get a courtesy car.
And a little bit hard to find a space to park your car in front of the factory if you want to leave your repairing car there.

Chapman's have carried out paint and chassis repairs on two of our restored Morris Minors. On both occasions the work was to a high standard. Greg, the manager, was friendly and helpful. Recommended.

I booked in my Corvette to get a minor carpark bumper incident sorted. I called several panelbeaters before I found these guys. Other repairers were hesitant as car is made of fiberglass
Greg was fantastic to deal with from the start.
All staff there are great. Had great email communication also. They matched unique yellow colour perfectly. I also got a couple of other minor defects sorted at same time which is all done to a very high standard. I am a really fussy person and the job Chapman Panelbeaters did was A+ very happy with result!

Fantastic shop headed up by Greg the manager. Had my BMW bonnet repainted and also had them sand down some scratches and polish off some sunscreen stains. Bonnet came back and wasn't perfect. They booked in another time with a courtesy car and got it done again with no issues.

Best part is they cleaned the car inside and out before I got it both times!

Overall great shop to deal with and highly recommended.

My car encountered some loose glass on the motorway creating chips over the entire front of my car. Windscreen needed replacing too. Time arranged, loaner car booked. Was notified during the work by text where we were up to, which was appreciated. Quality of work excellent. Thanks Greg and team for making the process easy.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service this company gave me. Every detail was checked to bring my damaged car back to new condition. After being unwashed for over a year because of water restrictions, they cleaned and waxed it to better than new. Greg is so easy to work with so I am happy to fully recommend this company.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel that this one is well deserved. Sent an email query to them in the evening, got a response straight away the next morning. Excellent quality at affordable price, even did a couple of minor things free of charge for me. From start to finish, A+. Impressive, highly recommended. Thank You Greg and the Chapman team!

So happy with the work done on my car after an accident, the team did an amazing job! Great communication, quick turnaround so not left without a car for long and super clean when I picked it up. Car was as good as new! Couldn’t recommend more, wouldn’t go anywhere else for repairs. 10/10
