Collins Plumbing have done lots of plumbing and some gas work at my house for a few years now. I always find them professional, helpful and accommodating. They also give good advice if I have any queries or concerns, would definitely recommend them.

Jesse went out of his way to source a replacement cylinder, and research on existing cylinder to establish it was still under guarantee. One other company merely quoted $5,300 to replace and install. The company who our old cylinder was under guarantee with sent a company who said it was out of warranty, didn't check to establish we're on main pressure. They told us there were no replacement cylinders but they could build one for us for $3,500, then we would have installation costs on top.

Really friendly staff right from the booking process to the service. On time and a courtesy call prior to arriving earlier than expected. Great value for the yearly inspection of an ageing central heating system. Thank you

Matthew was efficient, (fully serviced 2 gas fires in less than 2 hours), and was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Having built a 650sqm German style house, Collins did all pipe works- storm water, fresh water from public and tank water, gas pipes, floor and portable water heating in 400ltr + 700ltr tanks (Simon was well versed with Bosch and shifted us to Stiebel which was better able to handle the combined solar water heating and compressor which captures differentials up to -19*C due to the job well done we agreed to use our as Collins showcase, finding this structure hardly in NZ hot water ring pipe connecting alternating the pool to the floor heating system which is not used in summer all garden drainage system and for safety one guest room on gas heater. All out of one hand was certainly the best solution, having the disciplines cooperating with each other, from our experience we only recommend Collins with a good planning and well done execution. Also calling them to a toilet repair at a commercial site went well

We smelled gas. Collins were here really quickly and found & fixed the leak on the spot. It was the pipe outside and the service guy had a shovel in his van and wasted no time digging. Awesome job, thanks very much
