The rooms are absolutely disgusting so is the behavior of it's staff, in particular Steven. Rude obnoxious with a foul temperror.

A pure 1 star.dirty carpet.very small room.and very very very rude staffs except steven.they act like they are the principal and you need to pay for every single thing even if it is not your fault.i dont get it if they are taking so much rent why they have such a poor service.and reallly really need to change the behaviour of few employees.

Its a good private location. Room was bit small but it is ok for an airport overnight stay. Toilet quite small too. Has a convenience shop downstairs opened till 2am. Simple room for a transport tranfer overnight.

The tenants can be very temperamental. I was threatened with a knife by one. This can be taken as slander but I assure you it isn't. The rooms are pretty dank as well. Would only choose this as a last resort for living

Rooms are small, kept somewhat clean. Staff are really friendly and the location is great. However, the internet is the worst thing I have ever experienced. Ridiculously expensive and slow! Just not practical for a uni student who really relies on it! Also phone reception is shocking from your mobile!

It was cheap accommodation in the city. Sadly that was about the extent of the positives. Jug for boiling water was filthy, no parking, rude staff.

This used to be my flat for a year. Internet is expensive and you can't get external options on your room (except for Skinny). Sometimes, the staff won't change my cash to coins so couldn't do laundry. It's close to town though and can get free off street parking.

Rooms are tiny, but the worst thing about this place is how disgusting the internet is, it's extremely expensive and absolute garbage. Vistagate made me want to self harm.
