Quite unhappy and disappointed with the company Comfy Kiwi Homes. They came into my property in the end of March 2021 and gave me a quote with three weeks delivery timeframe. I paid the deposit but every time I followed up with them, there was delivery delay. Poor communication and lots of misinformation regarding tentative delivery date, leading to suffering cold winter nights at my home. After more than 7 months of failing to delivery of a Panasonic heat pump, while failing to give the customer an alternative brand, I got refunded and the other company QB electrical delivered the heat pump within a week! The guys at Comfy kiwi homes kept telling me there is no stock in NZ, how come the other company delivered it so fast? Don`t trust this company at all! I should have got refunded way earlier rather than waiting for them.

The installer team were great, they've done a fantastic job and happy to answer any questions we had. Overall the whole experience with comfy kiwi homes has been a+

I asked for a quote for installation of air-conditioning units in my house, I had no response for 10days. I finally got a hold of them and they say they are unable to complete the job as they are too busy. Why accept the quote request in the first place. I have been mucked around. Time wasted. I don't recommend.

Comfy Kiwi Homes installed a faulty heat pump where the horizontal vane didn't move to right. After over 2 months of horrible communication, delays, incompetent technicians and finally rudeness, I contacted Mitsubishi directly who promptly ordered a replacement unit through a different company. Comfy Kiwi Homes were terrible to deal with but Mitsubishi were great to deal with. Comfy Kiwi Homes gave no apology for installing a faulty heat pump and showed no desire or urgency to fix their mistake. I don't recommend Comfy Kiwi Homes based on my experience. I do recommend Mitsubishi customer service.

We had Purchased 3 Heat Pumps for Comfy Kiwi Homes and their Service was Excellent.
Recently One of the Heat Pumps was not Working and when I called up I got Sammy on the Phone who was Extremely Helpful and Very Kind and Solved my Problem.

This is a third purchase we have done within the family but this time they have let us down big time. Was verbally told WiFi was included as per the previous two purchase but this time they want to charge us when it was installed. It was our mistake that we didn't see it wasn't quoted, we trusted them and never thought twice. Rang to confirmed and they denied the offer. Communication between the sales and office is poor as the person who inspected knew there are more work need to be done but was not communicated to the office. We will stop passing on the amazing service recommendation to anyone.

Got CKH to install a heat pump in my home last year. Was super impressed with their service and professionalism. I recommended them to several people who also used them. Just getting them back now to install a heat pump in my rental property. As usual, high standards, super professional, great value. I just wouldn't go anywhere else.

We just got a ZR heat pump in our lounge and highly recommend it. Shelley is great to deal with (sales/admin) and the install guy was friendly, fast & cleaned up after himself. The final product looks very neat and tidy, and works great! Will recommend to friends and family.

Five Star Service! I cannot thank the team at Comfy Kiwi Homes enough! Prompt, polite and professional! We had our Panasonic Heat Pump installed last year - as we were not quite ready to build our deck they put the motor outside in it's temporary home - then when we needed the motor disconnected they came straight away no questions asked (we had discussed this at the time of installation), then yesterday the motor was reconnected as we have the permanent deck in place for it.he cleaned it and gave the unit inside a clean and made sure it was all working properly before he left again.and made sure he cleaned up after himself also!

Today we had CKH install 3 Ac units in our Manukau Home. I am a recently retired CEO of a Construction Company that handles 1500 jobs a year, so I know a little about customer service. Can I say that this company did a superb job. I cannot fault them. From Sean the sales guy to Ali the installer they were tidy, polite and punctual. They exceeded my expectations - use them, they deserve your business!

These guys are really great.they installed our heat pumps a month ago and we're loving them! The team made it so easy for us from the initial consultation to the quick installation, and their admin was delightful to deal with.
