Comfy Kiwi Homes installed two heat pumps for us into our new home. The owner Sean was very helpful and professional, he recommend the correct heat pumps to suit our home and also where they should be positioned in the house. On the day that the team installed the units they were tidy, professional and very efficient. They also made sure we knew how to use the different settings for our heat pumps. Thank you for the great service, I highly recommend Sean and his team.
About to get our 4th heat pump installed from Comfy Kiwi homes! Excellent installation and service. Always prompt, don't leave a mess and are more than happy to answer any questions pre sale and post sale. What I appreciate most is that they have always given the best advice on the right model heat pump to meet the heating and cooling requirements of my home.
Hopeless post sales service and communication. We got 2 heat pumps from them. Their own technician (Nilesh) acknowledged they were faulty. Got replacement heat pumps. Their own technician (Nilesh) again acknowledged the replacements were faulty. Sean (the owner of the business) conveniently says technician reported non-faulty units and asked me to deal with Panasonic directly. Stay away from them. When I called Panasonic they were frustrated with Sean and his attitude towards customers and asking them to deal with Panasonic directly.
Very happy with the speed, professsionalism, and especially, the price, of this company. Shelley, Sean and the team were always letting me know what was happening next and worked quickly and smoothly. My tenants are over the moon! Won't go anywhere else for my next heatpump. Thanks again!
