Not for the layperson even if you go into the shop!
Went in to the shop and discussed with the salesperson and selected a frameless glass unit, liner and tray.
Update: The shower leaks and the door is too short, we have turned it around but can not make it fit. The dome is too large - but according to Danik it's installed wrong - it's not installed as it;s too large. Danik seem unwilling to provide a solution and want us to pay for an installer to repair.

Just the lowest quality products. Plastic shower liner has turned yellow within months of installation. Makes me cry knowing the demolition needed to replace a liner. Go to a reputable supplier.

Edit: Danik response below claiming I did not buy from them? I purchased the 900x750 bifold shower kit with liner, and I have my receipt. Hardly relevant that you don’t have my name since I walked in and paid with eftpos.

Purchased a shower and tapware etc.the instructions with the shower were useless.a few diagrams with no measurements.builder been fitting showers for 40 years said it was the worst shower he had ever fitted.he said he wont install another danik shower.

The products were ok, we did not install the items as yet.
The package however has a tank on it? Are you supporting the war? I would ask you to remove the tank as it is offensive especially as there are multiple wars are going on right now, which is not good. Please let us know that you did remove the tanks.

Had a custom size shower.they gave me what I needed asap.good on you guys prices pretty much smoked everyone else.

Awesome selection and great prices. Very helpful. No pushy sales just good advice. Compare the quality and prices.

Cannot say anything about whole product range, but stay away from the toilets from this company. They all have significant design defect. Drain pipe is around 30% smaller compare to other toilets (i.e from Bunnings, Mitre10, etc) therefore it is very prone to blockages. I'm having 3-7 blockages a week and simply tired to fight this defective by design thing. Company ignores my requests, they simply don't care.

The price is cheap but have to say that the quality of their products is really compromised and the service is even worse. The shower box door does not fit in well and I got quite negative from my builder while installing it.

When I called them for the possibility of a trade-in deal, my request has been declined and their attitude has been rude. From the comments below I see other customers also complain that this seller does not allow any return/refund, which seems against NZ law.

Anyway, you pay for what you get. Worst experience ever and will never buy anything from here again. Hope this information helps.

Friendly sales team, quick with recommendation. Easy to get a good deal fast. If you have an idea of what you want you will be sorted in few minutes. Prices are already reasonable and there are happy to negotiate further which is always nice.

Very bad quality products. Bought two shower boxes and they leak from the first day. There are heaps of little holes or disconnections on the metal that cause leaking. No matter how much glue we use they are still leaking. Plus one of the tray they gave us does not have the standing part on the side that makes the leaking problem even worse. We dont have budget to buy new shower boxes and pay for plumer and carpenter to install them again. Danik stuff also told us they dont do refund once the products are sold (it does not sound complying with NZ law). Overall, very bad experience and not recommand anyone to buy anything especially shower boxes from them.

Good quality and price, bit missing from shower mixer was immediately couriered overnight, none of the big chains or competitors would do that.

Very happy with their customer service. When we contacted them regarding a faulty vanity and a missing item from the order, they sent replacement within 24 hours. Their products are nice, not high-end as such, but so much cheaper compared to what you get from other plumbing suppliers such as ZIP (similar quality also). Save yourselves thousands of dollars if you need to do up your bathrooms!

Lovely shop and lovely people, I have bought alot of stuff from them, renovated 3 bathrooms. Looks beautiful one thing they also sell a fabulous selection of light fittings. We loved the fact they had a good selection of beautiful low and all pressure tap ware. Recommend them.

We brought product to fit out a new three bedroom boutique lodge which comprised of five bathrooms. We got great prices and excellent service and when it turned out that two of the showers I bought did not match where the plumber had put his hoses, they were happy to take them back for a full refund and of course I bought two new ones from them.the corner sliding showers were excellent quality with great rollers.

Received door handles and hinges that were in poor condition with chips and scratches, the hinges appeared second hand with paint and marks on them. Unusable and a waste of my time.

Just let you know we definitely checked hinges before we dispatch it to you.
These all we have as spare parts for our customers.
We are the bathroomware shop, we do not need to provide second hand hinges to you, we got heaps of it.

Decide for yourself would you deal with these people? I will stick with professional suppliers in the future.
