Well kitted showroom helpful staff. Though a bit disconcerting that they follow you around so closely. Good range and priced bathroom supplies.

Friendly staff, products are good quality, gor a good deal, service is excellent. They allowed us to swap the seat off one toilet onto the bowl of another so we got the combination we wanted. Also allowed us to return once-used components for a partial refund even though it was my mistake (I thought we were in mains pressure hot water but we're actually on low pressure). Very happy overall:)

Products look good but don't last. Was also told they had 6 of what I was after in stock, paid only to be told I had to wait a week which has turned into over a month, still hasn't arrived.

Good reasonable please to go bathroom item shopping. I found that taps are bit expensive but they have a really good collection of everything there. Highly recommended to go before your renovation projects. Friendly staff.

Good selection of baths, toilets and shower cabinets. Plus a varied choice of tapware faucets and showerheads. Not as big a selection as some of the nationwide suppliers but sometimes too many choices can confuse the buyer. Only downside is the not so prominent location and possible tight parking for less confident drivers.

Friendly, helpful, and skilled staff members. They really care about what you wanted and will help you head over heel. Their showroom is quite small and need a bit more skill and familiarity to navigate through, but they have lots of items that will suits any taste and budget. Their prices are reasonable.

Be aware that you get what you pay for especially with this company, avoid their tapware which is of very poor quality, noisy, stiff action and started pitting almost immediately, luckily our plumber advised us about using the shower mixer due to the poor quality. For not a lot more you can buy better quality hardware from a more reputable outlet.

Perfect service and elegant products with reasonable price! Purchased everything used in my two bathrooms and definitely recommend. Love the matt black finish of the shower set and my families are satisfied as well.
