Door Doctor

We have just been blessed by Nigel who is the director and Debbie his wife from the Door doctor Ltd business out in papakura as Nigel has taken his own time and traveled out to our house in Manurewa from papakura to come and fix our old tilt garage door and free of charge. We stopped into their business this morning ready to buy an arm for our garage door and look what happened. Such wonderful people Also, such wonderful service from Debbie and also the reception lady at the front desk, They really know their stuff. Thank yous very much much. We so appreciate what yous have done for us. You have made our year.

Had Matt come round and repair our garage door opener. A quick, efficient service. Matt also gave us some tips for keeping the system in tip top shape.

These guys were terrible. The tech came out on a Saturday to fix the buildings garage door that had broken. We are an apartment building so there a quite a few of us living there. We needed to go out so asked if the door was broken as his van was parked in the middle of the garage in the way. He said it was fixed and that he'd be 5 minutes. After waiting in our car to go out my husband asked if he could move his van so we could leave. He then swore at my husband and finally left. We called the owener of the company to complain and are still waiting for a response. The garage door then broke again on Wednesday. So not only bad customer service but also obviously don't know what they are doing.
