24We had a blocked drain that 4 different plumbers could not fix. I called Drain Surgeons and they sent Ethan. He fixed it within 30 minutes. I would recommend this company for drainage problem.
Emergency call out Saturday night to unblock drain on 27 May 17. Arrived 8pm and completed within the hour including sanitizing driveway. Lynn was quick to find a plumber and plumber was easy to talk to and did the work required. Marie
Disappointing experience. Had a blocked sewerage pipe on the weekend. Called first thing on Monday. Was advised help would be available on Wednesday. Stayed home all day- no help. Cancelled call out when there was failure to show up on Thursday. Two stars because Kimberley had the grace to apologise.
Staff very confident, efficient and professional, took him very short time to clear our blocked drain while another company failed to finish the job earlier. Highly recommended.
