Drivesure Vehicle Testing

Upon arrival, it looked very busy. However, the team at drivesure has the routine worked out like clockwork. My car was finished with flying colors in a little over ten minutes. Very pleasant reception, lady who pointed out the security chickens! Nice and warm indoors, and the toilet was very clean as well.

As usual, very efficient, straight up and helpful.
Even though the bosslady was overseas, the others seemed to cope.

Awesome friendly staff, passed a wof today, arrived quite late it was done quick no muck around. Highly recommend we will be back! Cheers.

Drove in, no appointment required, WOF paid for, customer service was great, friendly team of people. Note that the do service on vehicles also, so will one of those too

Turned up at 440 for a warrant with only one person in line only to be turned away. I pointed out their hours on the website and was rudely told by an elderly male that it dosent matter and means nothing.

Awesome team took my wife’s, car for service, great job done to it running, like I just brought it from the dealership, honest team, this is the first time I’ve taken my wife car without, a big list of things that need to be done, if I took it somewhere else, asked them if their is any issues with vehicle, they nope checks all done car is fine, also thanks to Heather very polite making sure I feel welcomed, 10 stars if could, keep up the good work guys see use Friday to have service done on my own car will have, my children come here for services WOF done

Had indercator bulbs for my car and wiper blades but the guys said they don't install them.on there website it says they do.

Excellent team and warrant took no more than 20 minute and I was out of store happy with all things properly handled. Very efficient team.

There was a hiccup with my online booking which was quite a hassle for the guys but they managed to sort everything out efficiently which was a delight! It was my first time here and I got a service and WOF done. The guys there were really nice and bubbly and did a great job. You could tell they hand loads of experience and knowledge. Very happy with the fast and friendly service, will definitely visit again.

The guys here are great. Deserve a solid 5 but we won’t be coming back. The lady behind us said she had an appointment so was seen before us then when we asked how to make an appointment for the next time - you can’t?

I would’ve rated the Takanini branch a 5 if this didn’t happen.

Too packed can't park out on the road where the que was. Had to circle 3 times. Very busy light single traffic. Yeah nah. Should move from there.

I had no idea how to go about re-registering my trailer and then discovered these guys do it all - re-registering, new plate, WoF: a one stop shop. No appointment neccessary. Thank you, guys. You took the hassel out of it.

Went first to their manukau branch but was told i have to wait for about 2 hours and 45 minutes as they are very busy. About 8 or 9 cars in queue ahead of me so decided to go to Takanini branch. Queue not long about 5 cars ahead. Took me about 45 minutes and C. O. F.was done. The inspector was very nice, courteous and hardworking. Does not mock around, finished his job in timely manner. Second time done my cof with them and definitely will be back. Thanks.

Been using Drivesure since their opening of the Takanini Branch. I have always found the Team pleasant - professional and followed all Covid protocols required in the recent lockdown.

Great administration team at the Takanini Drivesure Branch. Receptionist was very friendly, fast & accurate (18/10/2021) - couldn't catch her name. Service with a smile! WOF Techs A+. Have used DriveSure for the last 3 years and will continue to do so. Can never fault them! Keep up the great work team.
