Not even one star! These guys are used by Easy Auto manukau car dealer and ofcourse we know what that means… I noticed cracks on the walls of my tyres and brought it back here for a check up under warranty in order to get new tyres from the dealer. As soon as I arrived here one of the wof guys here checks and reckons there was nothing wrong with them and argued with me that they’re safe on the road. I argued saying that I don’t feel safe with this issue on the road for myself my family and others on the road and he reckons nothing is wrong with the tyres at all… but prior to that I had stopped and checked my tyres else where at AA AUTO CENTER and BridgeStone and they agreed it’s a wof fail and it isn’t safe on the road. So there I knew something wasn’t right. I told them I’m going to go to Vtnz and get a wof report which I ended up getting it and it showed my tyres had failed wof. I don’t know how they have their wof license when they are doing this to people. They would rather save money and do favors for people they know than saving life’s and doing the right thing.

I booked my car in for a service using their online portal for Monday and they emailed me saying they don’t have availability until Friday that week which was fine. But on Friday as I was on my way to drivesure (10 mins before my booking) they called me to ask to move my service to later in the day because they don’t have the oil they need for my car. Pretty disappointed as I took the morning off work to get this done

The staff here are great, very helpful with everything and helpful over the phone too. The guy who did my wof was very friendly, thanks for the service.

Went in today, they were short staffed, so was asked if I could come back at 3pm, I work nearby so it wasn't a problem. Arrived at 3pm and was driving out by 3: 20pm. Great service and will return.

Went on the recommendation of a friend since it was nearby. My car failed its wof due to a cosmetic dent- listed as structural. I did point out it was a 6-year-old dent that I'd had checked by a panel beater at the time, and had half a dozen wofs since- went back to my normal place, they looked it over and confirmed it was cosmetic not structural, and were kind enough to suggest it just might be a newer, over zealous mechanic rather than quota. I still wouldn't go back personally.

Santa and his team have always been helpful whenever I take a vehicle in for an inspection. He is clear in what needs to be repaired or attention and have a laugh if they aren't too busy.been using Drivesure manukau since they opened so must be good if I haven't looked elsewhere.

Efficient systems.
Mostly don't have long queues.
Slightly awkward location with only left turn out.
But an all round a good experience.

I do not recommend. Came in for a WoF check which was fast and easy and did fail but wasn’t a problem I went to a auto car centre to fix the problems with my car. Received well detailed information about the repair from the auto centre went back to get the WoF checked again and was failed again for the same problem even though I had already got it fixed. Staff member proceeded to invalidate my concern and confusion and told me to go somewhere else. I will be not returning as a customer anymore.

Took my Suzuki for a wof and the service was just amazing. The team there are just awesome. Thanks team for your amazing professionalism will definitely come back.

For woman with less knowledge of cars, it can be quite daunting dealing with mechanics, as ive found they always fail me and add all these things needed which normally comes to over a grand sometimes. But since coming here 4 years in a row now ive always got passed on my wofs and if not its always something minor. Like changing tyres. These guys always do an honest and thorough check over and i always leave happy. It might be a little extra then the $20 wofs but its worth it if ur looking for pple who r gonna be genuine. Also big thanks to Santa for always giving great customer service and always keeping me informed on everything. Cheers guys!

Absolutely very helpful and awesome customer service. After a truly horrible experience with VTNZ my mum had her car taken here instead and now her car is on the road. I didn't know drive sure existed until now. Will be back. Highly reccomend

First time using Drivesure. Had to wait half hour or so as the guys had to look at a modified car before me which needed a more thorough inspection. The guys kept me informed of waiting time and apologised, although not their fault. Great efficient service and very friendly. Will be using again.

Went in on sat to get a wof. Left my vehicle and wondered around the area while it was getting checked. During that time I never received any text or call stating my car was done and when we arrived they were closing up with my car still inside if we were there a minute later my car would’ve been stuck there till Monday.

The guy who served us the whole time has the worst tone and everything. Said it was our fault we were late. Even though I received no call about the car being done and they did have my contact information.

He shut the window on us he left us standing there Never told us where he was going and had to walk around. Found my vehicle left alone with keys in it and all. He then came back with my vape. Question is why did he take it out of my car in the first place if everything else was where it was why did he have to return it.

Disgusting service and 100% telling others to never come here.

Awesome staff that actually know what they are talking about, and showed me what was wrong.gave me advice about my mechanic with his dangerous work. Definitely oe them a box. Will he back with more cars
