It was a last minute decision for me to sort out my warrant and these guys happened to be situated on my way home today. Friendly and professional group of guys that really do deliver top fast service. No judgment, no hidden costs or weird car jargon. Definitely found my new place for any car issues now. 10/10 for me. Thanks Manukau team! Made my day

Would have given you negative stars if I could. VERY disappointed in your service today.new staff/new owners? I have been coming here for the past 5 years with no hitch.new mechanic is dam rude AND I will not be using your service ever again. You can't even pull a lever to release the backseat or move a carseat/chilly bin? To check the seatbelt? And you have the audacity to tell me off-a paying customer. Good luck to you and your service. I will not be recommending you to my friends/family or colleagues!

I would like to give a huge compliment to the two gentlemen who had serviced (WOF) my car today at Manukau branch. (12 October 2020)

Kaz has serviced my car many times in the past, he has always been very friendly and welcoming. While doing his checks, Kaz had noticed that the area where you fill up petrol was rusty. Kaz had remembered from my last service that he had reminded me to get that rust sorted before it gets worse however I had completely forgotten to get it fixed. Kaz went out of his way to scrub the rust off and used a special spray to prevent the rust from worsening.

Thomas also played a part in ensuring that all checks were done properly, my rego lights had stopped working so instead of Thomas sending me away to get it fixed he gave me an option to get it fixed at the site which saved me the hassle of having to find the right bulbs which can be very time consuming especially for a female like myself who has no clue about car parts.

Both Kaz and Thomas were very thorough with their checks and both took the time to ensure that their checks were done correctly. I really appreciate both their hard work and also their work ethics of going above and beyond especially when it had past the closing time. It was well after 1700 yet they did not rush their work as they had made sure that everything was done correctly.

I would like to thank them both for providing me with such great service, workers like Kaz and Thomas are the reason why a female like me can feel very comfortable in a male dominated environment, I am always treated fairly at this branch. Kaz and Thomas are such great assets to the company which is why I continue to service my car at Manukau Drivesure.

I use to always take my car for a WOF and Rego here, however they have become too expensive and picky about everything, even child restraints that has been installed. I probably would not use them again based on the cost. I did like the reminders that they use to send

The engine oil change and overall service was prompt and job was done quickly. However these has caused several complications to my car.

First, the car liquids were not refilled properly, so i had to go back to Driversure shop couple of hours after to get them done. Second, the bolt in the engine oil tank was not properly done, hence required replacement the next due service. I have talked to Driversure about this but left the matter back to me.

I have lost trust in Driversure, therefore I do not recommend to anyone.

Very fair and unbiased warrant checks. They don't do repairs so they don't fail you just to get the work!

These guys were good to me when I brought in my Mazda and then I recommended them to my GF she took in her brand new Audi 2010 and they failed her. Felt like they failed her just cause they wanted more sales.really not happy with the service. Won't be coming back to these guys ever again.

It would have been great when the guy handed over my vehicle and advised me that it had failed the WOF.
Driving on the motorway to West Auckland and i happen to look at the WOF sticker thinking it had passed; I could have been pulled over by a cop for no warrant and got a ticket. Why did the other mechanic guy explain to the customer before me that these are things he needed to be aware before the next WOF before he drove away. I would have appreciated the guy tell me it had failed i would have called the dealership to tow my vehicle to get it fixed but not say a word to me and let me drive off like that.
As a regular customer a heads up would been great before I drove off.

Good friendly staff were you get a quick but a proper check on your vehicle. Generally, you don't have to wait too long except maybe Saturday mornings. The wait is nothing like a busy VTNZ station. But every bit as thorough in there checks. Good staff, good eguipment.

Excellent prompt service. Always super friendly. Thats why I keep using them for wof and service.

Dreadful service, has gone down hill fast with new management. I’ve arrived on Saturday morning twice now and been refused as they are so behind with customers. I’m also suspicious they are in partnership with a budget mechanic down the road as that is where they suggested I take my car.

Have trusted the advise from the WoF inspector Poni from this branch for years. Great service and recommended to all. Many members from #clubmpsnz bring their cars here for this trusted service. Spacious waiting room with a filtered water cooler for convenience.

Top service! It’s my go too when getting a pre- inspection done on a vehicle. Island chap there is always willing to help

Great quick warrant of fitness. A full report is given along with tyre checks and wiper replacement. They do not offer full mechanical services as this is not a workshop but purely a testing station. They did offer an oil change and filter change if required. Hope this helps. Don't forget to thumbs up

Went for wof and service.change the oil filter and went home to find the oil was leaking from the filter.have doubts if the wof is done properly.

Excellent service both myself & my partner have experienced this month (on different occasions) whilst visiting Drivesure Vehicle testing Manukau, lovley staff and such wonderfull customer service skills that it has made our visit very uplifting & pleasurable. We have no problem recommending this place to everyone we know.

I would thoroughly recommend this place.
Good value for money

Booked a prepurchase inspection for a specific time. Was made to wait hours while they attended to all the drive ins for wofs without bookings and they failed to mention countless issues. They weren't interested in giving any advice about the car, just insisted that I'd be emailed the report. Never mentioned that the report wouldn't include a compression test.

The report didn't mention:

Rust in the boot!
Subwoofer speaker not working,
Drivers speaker not working,
Stereo controls not working,
Light behind dash out,
Drivers door sensor not working - no warning if door not closed, no beeping if keys left in, no interior lighting when door opened.
Wheel liners missing!
Air con not working, pump has been removed!
Vibration/noise when turning slowly,
Clutch dragging!
2nd gear lockout above crawling speed!
Fog lights had been removed,
Had been converted from auto to manual.

Would have been more worthwhile to simply burn the money.

Service with a friendly smile. Great when you go to a place and get advice and tips. No muck around with them. They do a professional job. Recommend them to anyone

Awesome customer service and work provided from Drivesure Manukau. From my experience of initial phone enquiry through to having a WOF and service done, I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Very friendly to deal with, high standard of work and great value for money too.
