I’ve been watching the Relatable Property Investor show on Du Val’s Instagram and YouTube Channels over the past few weeks. As an individual who is looking to buy his first property, the information shared on the show is clear, informative, and easy to understand.

I’ve also been working for the Clarke family and the Du Val Group over the past 18 months and have learnt so much about property and how to get into my first home.

We have had the pleasure of working with the Du Val group over many years. Helping create magical settings for the various celebrations of their company.

From Halloween parties, Christmas Parties, staff gatherings to the magnificent opening of their superb offices, it is obvious they are a distinguished team.

Their staff are always so approachable, and I am glad to have had the pleasure of working with them. I would not hesitate directing anyone to them for their services as they are obviously a reputable business.

I've worked for Du Val for 9 months now as a Property Advisor in the Sales team. Its been the most warming experience helping new and old buyers achieve their dreams of settling into new build properties. I'm looking at securing a property myself and will most definitely be purchasing through Du Val. There vision is second to none, you will learn a lot through this company, whether you be a first home buyer, or looking to start/expand your investment portfolio.

I purchased my first investment with Du Val Group and could not be happier I took this step. I was uncertain at first as It was all new to me however, the team were amazing and gave me every piece of information I needed to feel comfortable in doing this. Instead of having my savings sit in my bank account, it grew in capital gains before the property was even built! I would not have been able to save this amount of money any other way.

I learnt that there is always a way forward with the right help and advise, and I would highly recommend contacting Du Val Group to get on the property ladder this way, if you are not already, and/or start investing to build your future the best way you can.

I'm new in this 1st home buying. Went in to visit the property advisor Jenna and was feeling really nervous about purchasing my first home. Jenna was really helpful and supportive and wasn't pushy. Amazing, I've bought my first home through this company, off the plan!

I first spoke to Ben Good who was super helpful and put me on the right track to purchasing my first property! Buying off the plan enables me to save up more so that I get an even better deal from the bank come time for settlement. Also, purchasing off the plan means that my house is below todays market price and upon completion, the value would have gone up so I'm likely to get capital gains!

They provide all the appliances and installation - Fridge, Freezer, Oven, Cooktop, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine and Dryer! I also spoke to their mortgage broker so I could put a plan in place even though my finances weren't the best.

Du Val was so great to deal with when purchasing my first home that I've decided to join their team so I can help others just like Ben Good helped me:)

Try Du Val, they are great!

Terrible service. I opted for this company because I thought they would provide better service. They are no better than any other out there.
This is my first time trying to lease a property, so I choose this group despite the high rent price for such a small apartment. And I was happy to pay high rent if I can get better service.
But I was wrong. They are only big on the name but the service is no better.
I viewed both studio and one-bedroom apartment at 8 Lakewood court and was told I can do a periodic term contract and submitted a tendency application with the periodic term as a requirement.

If you do not have apartments that can't provide periodic term, you should first call the applicant and confirm they want to proceed further or not. However, these people contacted the references I gave and then called me to say I'm approved but can't do the periodic term.
You wasted the valuable time of my references and now they have to waste more time providing a reference for other properties that I have to apply for.
Very unprofessional. Good thing I learned a lesson that you should not trust a companies service going to be better just because they are big or they got so many awards.
Despite me applying the periodic term, they have gone ahead and contacted my references

Dealt with Sam Soon who introduced me to Parry terraces.

Went up and beyond standard expectations by always providing me comparable sales evidence and rental appraisals before we even asked and kept me up to date throughout the process.

Ensured that everything was on track and acted with true professionalism and expertise. Clearly understood the market and his product.

For questions which he did not have the answer to he found out the answer and got back to me right away without ever having to chase him.

He sets a high standard for sales consultants. Would recommend getting in touch with him to help with your home ownership/investment needs.

Raising rent through a lockdown & spam emails with unnecessary garbage.
Appalling property managers, no concern for tenants just the money they have to give.
