Worst customer service ever. The customer service rep (I use the word service loosely) when I rang had no sympathy just said thats how the system works. The DD failed due to an increase cost and they sent an email 22hrs before collection so didn't collect the bin. Being a 7 year client this is poor service. Bin will now sit on the road for a week waiting for collection.

The sales staff are professional, friendly, and super helpful. Great service, highly recommend.

Jake is an onto it salesperson with fantastic product knowledge, he provided me with a sharp price for our bins which could not be matched. Highly recommended

Horrible to work with, have paid in advance for green waste collection, agreed to pick up every month, but no, they don't turn up at all, no improvement really after many calls to their CS, I am asking for full refund, hope I don't have to file a case to dispute tribunal.

I've emailed Econowaste 3 times regarding a broken lid on my bin.
Its quite annoying to have a busted bin that isn't replaced, especially when you're paying for it. Still waiting for a replacement after 3 weeks. You need to improve your customer service!

Great experience at both the transfer station and the bin service. Even when they missed our bin when we first signed up, the person on the phone was very friendly and apologetic. She organise a pick up and it was done 12 hours later. Amazing service compared to our last company. Well done econowaste!

All kind of rubbish you can throw away with reasonable price. The lady in the office is so kind and always smile.

This transfer station is lean, clean and well run and works well. They are good value in terms of clearing rubbish out thoroughly and truly decluttering. Packing down to store essentials as we are moving abroad and everything else to go to the dump so to speak. I was DREADING the cost. Pleasant surprise. They have a recycle space and a greenwaste area as well, as do all serious refuse management businesses.
These people also do a good bin empty service from your house every week. Also good value for $. If you are seriously clearing out your life and need to downsize in a big way these are the people to use.

No-nonsense wheelie bin service for weekly rubbish collection. Friendly and efficient to deal with. Highly recommend.

I missed my rubbish pick and took my wheelie bin here $33 dollars! Biggest rip off ive ever seen!

Great service available for those items you need to cart away at reasonable prices. Also provide home wheelie bins so overall a great option!

Love the new space Econowaste, so tidy and easy to get around. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and I am glad that you are sending recycling to be recycled throughout lockdown.

I took my rubbish bin down to the roadside and noticed that one of the black plastic pins holding the lid on had come out. I registered the fact that I would have to call Econowaste or find out how I could get a replacement but when I went down to pick up the empty bin this afternoon I noticed the truck driver had put a replacement pin in place. I was rapt. Thank you. The lid would have been wonky to open up each time. I just hammered the pin home into the toothed opening and it is working well.

Simple curb-side service with an automatic subscription payment I never have to worry about. Much easier than dealing with rubbish tags.

I thank you guys for being open. We wore masks but I notice the others didn't who were next to us. But thank you it was most welcome you being open. And the fee was very acceptable.
