Had one rubbish bag and large cardboard box. Cost $8.40! Never paid for re cycling before. Only ever paid $3 for a bag.
No wonder people in Auckland don't recycle!

Just ok.with only one way in and out a lot of time wasted trying to get onto the way bridge to pay. Building work causing flow problems

I use their curb-side wheelie bin service for both general and garden waste.
Excellent service and never missed a pick up.

They also send a text message the night before of any changes due to holidays and also a reminder in regards to putting out your garden rubbish bin.

I can not highly recommend this company enough!

Great value. Victoria is great to deal with on the phone and our driver was polite and did a perfect job delivering our skip.

No customer service.
No one answers the phone.
Change of day re rubbish collection with no notice.
Rubbish in the streets been ripped open by animals.

Awesome company to use for your wheelie bins. Cheap and the driver who pick up our street is a legend. Twice we have forgotten to put the bin out before 7am and twice he has come and grabbed our bin for us

On Monday the red bins go out which we don't use. But both of our neighbors do on either side of us. After the truck has been for some reason we always end up with rubbish all over our front lawn. This is NOT our rubbish the people on the truck should be picking up the stuff that they drop. Or they should be done for littering.

Econowaste service is just amazing. We have been so impressed with how fast they respond to any questions if we ever have any and they jump on solving any problems or requests re pick ups immediately. Such a friendly team who always follows up the next day as well - made our transistion to a slightly tricky address with no current rubbish pick up (new build on a new street not on maps yet) so easy. Thanks guys!

Very expensive to dump rubbish, they charge you what they want, no proper process in place, rather go to a different place if you dont want to get ripped off! 1 STAR rating only because I couldnt find -5 STAR rating!

Two near identical boot loads, one cost $19, the other $39. It seems the way they assess your rubbish is just have a look through your car window and reel off an amount at random.

Overall the service is good, but I found out that there was someone dump the rubbish to my bin (not the first time) and called the company for help, and was told there’s nothing they can do. So, they only charge for collecting the bin, but nothing else? Considering of switch to another company

Just left our whole street uncollected for 2 days. Useless. I would give them a -5 if it were possible.

Terrible communication. They take over a week to reply to my emails, or they don't reply at all.

I love going to the dump. They are always so friendly. They seem to take everything I want to get rid of from clay to cardboard to timber to general waste.

Parked their truck over our drive, while my husband was already parked over the footpath waiting to back out, when asked to move they were rude and unpleasant, he only asked they move a meter, but they refused, rang to complain and struck a nasty angry person called Carl, apparently the manager, he was even worse than the driver and lifter.only gave them one star because you cannot give them zero.
