Emergency Plumber - Response Plumbing Ltd

We had a crazy start to the morning with a clogged drain. We were unable to use any of our toilets/bathrooms until the Response Plumbing team came to rescue, which was pretty quick. They identified the root cause, gave us options to consider and cleared the blocked in no time. They are very reasonably priced for the amount of hard work they do. They also included a small root cutting job in the already agreed price. Highly recommend these guys for sorting out your next plumbing headache!

Recently had a blocked drain, called the 0800 number in late morning - Mike answered and arranged someone to come out to see us in the afternoon, Mitch who came and did the unblocking. He knew exactly what need to be done and got it fixed. Thank You.

They replaced the drainage for the house but left with a very uneven surface on my backyard. Sent an email to Michael, not reply on the email but only received a call asking for payment. Michael believed he did a great job. I paid the bill, not worth to argue bit disappointed.

One morning we had low hot water pressure out of the blue which made even simple tasks difficult. I'm so glad Matt answered my call that day and he diagnosed the problem, and fixed it up super quick.

Not only is the sad dribble gone, we now have better pressure than we ever did. Thank you Matt, we really appreciate your experience and professionalism. Don't hesitate to give these guys a call!

Avoid at all cost, the company director Mike or Michael Meek does the booking of appointments. Not reliable to turn up with confirmed appointments and when contacted about the late arrival just hangs up and says call someone else. Not sure how you can run a business with this attitude Mike.

Fantastic service. Hot water starts leaking through ceiling of downstairs flat at 9pm on a Sunday. Mike is on the job within 20 mins and has it fixed within an hour - Just couldn't speak highly enough of the top professional service! I can go to sleep now not worrying about what I will find in the morning.

I had an overnight plumbing emergency & after calling early on a Saturday morning, received a prompt response and a plumber onsite within an hour and a half. Our family was very happy dealing with Mike, Mitch and Mathew. Everything has been fantastic; the quick response, honesty, professionalism, timing, setting the right expectations etc. Both Mitch and Mathew were lovely. Matt is such an awesome plumber! I had quite a big water leak coming from the kitchen area last Thursday evening. We called Response Plumbing. Matt came in 30 minutes, found the source of the leak and fixed it within 1 hour. He was super efficient, explained things very clearly and gave good advice. I work as a frontline healthcare worker and also study full time as well, so he reduced a lot of stress for me by fixing the leak. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs an emergency plumber and would use the service again myself if there are any further leaks.
