Try to arrange an quote but was advised call out fee is applied. Understanding most of tradies charge call out, but the frustrating is that the missleading from their website shows "Free Quotes", and do not keen to honour their descriptions for a returning customer.

It took 3 attempts to get the gutter cleaning job completed. As it was a rental property I wasn't there to see if they turned up, each time. We fortunately climbed on the roof to see what the job looked like, and found each time it wasn't done. The manager came in the end to do the job. Don't get anything done unless you can get up on the roof and check for yourself. We also had a roof report done, but got a second opinion and found a lot of the work didn't actually need doing. I only give 3 stars as the dept manager did step in and do a good enough job of the cleaning.

Would not recommend. Over 33 days did approx 12 hrs work, had to get it inspected by them and an independant person who took photos. They came back to repair the repairs. In frustration terminated work, as it would cost us more over the original quote to redo one of the repairs. We did negotiate a discount on the unsatisfactory work.

We have had a great experience with Endeavour Property Services, we were in desperate need of a gutter clean, Alex came to our home and did a great job of cleaning the gutters, now our problem is solved. We would highly recommend Endeavour Property Services and will be using them again.

Endeavour and their team of roofers have done a nice job overall, After having my husband inspect the work. I am happy with the overall tidiness of the detailing.
They quickly completed the job and sorted a persistant leak for me. The communication was good and I highly recommend. A+

Terrible customer service. Booked a roof inspection and was advised that I needed to book 2 weeks later, which I did. Before the day I called to check if they are still coming at 08: 30- they said yes. The morning of the proposed inspection - no one turned up so I called back and they said “nothing is in the system” they reschedule to midday. I took a day off work but I decided to cancel and reschedule with another roofing service provider. They also advertise that it’s a free quote but they actually charge a $50 fee

Unreliable. Postponed the job the 1st occasion despite weeks lag time, then onky did half the job when they did arrive so had to come back a second time.
Quality was ok.
Wouldn't reccomend them.

Said they were coming around 11.30 so I planned around that time, they showed up just after 11 while I was still taking washing inside. Told them I had arranged to leave at 11.30 as that was the time they told me and no one advised they were coming earlier, so they said they'd wait, however as I left I was showered with cleaning chemicals so strong it made me cough and gag.really lucky I didn't have the baby with me! Not very professional behaviour especially as I react to strong chemicals (which is why I tried to ensure I would not be there when they did the treatment.) Awful experience, would not recommend them.

Would like to highly recommend this business. They are a no fuss, can do company that solved a gutter/downpipe problem we haven't been able to solve for years. If all tradies were like these guys property maintenance would be a breeze. From visiting the site and getting a competitive quote to me within a couple of days of my initial enquiry, to doing a fantastic job in a timely manner and clearing the site so you couldn't tell any builders had been on site, I was thrilled with the service and the work from start to finish. Thanks guys! (Full roof replacement).

Not overly impressed, on the specified day/time nobody showed up, and no communication from them as to why (even though they had my mobile number). After chasing them up the admin lady rescheduled it for following morning (with no explanation why they had cancelled). And again nobody showed up at 9am.the guy eventually turned up at 11am.

They came to clean the roof. It was raining. They reschedule the job. Couple days later, one worker came to clean the gutter, when he try to clean the roof, it was raining again. Of course, reschedule. Then someone came to wash the wall of my house, when he want to make the treatment for roof, raining again. Finally, the job has been done. I want to say, thank you very much for your great effort.

We were very pleased with our carpet clean. In additional both the administration staff member and person who cleaned our carpet were very professional and personable.

I had my house cleaned by Josh. Awesome process from booking through to the job. I accidentally left some windows open and Josh kindly came back the same day once i had closed them. Great price too. Highly recommend!
