I have used EPS quite few times now in my previous job and now in my current one. Have never had any problems with them. They are prompt, well priced and do a great job. I have now booked them to clean my roof and exterior of my own house. Highly recommended.

Having a 2-storied property, it was difficult for the cleaning guys to position themselves on the upper roof. Endeavour Services managed to overcome this and sent out a particular service man to carry out the work required. I was pleased with the result and the only gripe I had was that the concrete wasn't cleaned up properly afterwards. There are certain standards of 'cleaned up properly' and his standards didn't match mine but on the whole I was pleased with the result and have no hesitation in recommending this exterior cleaning company to others.

We recently had a house and gutter clean and this was completed on the Friday pm and a fairly aggressive email sent Monday chasing payment.
" Please be aware as my terms there may be an additional overdue charge fee added on if this is not paid URGENTLY.  
Please reach out if you have any questions in regards to the payment. Otherwise, please organise for settlement of this invoice immediately". Not sure this was the greatest of jobs done as heaps of paint blasted away from the house leaving it looking more untidy and the gutters still had a fair amount of dirt/leaves in the corners which I climbed on the roof and tried to remove with the garden hose! We are renters and the landlord confirmed the bill had been already paid regardless. Maybe check before sending such emails and would suggest as barely 24 working hours had past maybe hold off a bit longer before aggressively chasing payment and maybe check if customer happy and also sufficient time given to pay (even though in this case already been paid regardless). Not sure what businesses have just 24-48 hours payments terms? Based on this would not overly recommend their services unfortunately.

The house wash job was done efficiently and professionally. The exterior of our house looks new. Very impressive, this is the second time we use Endeavour. Will not hesitate to recommend friends.
