I often bring my car here as the team always do a fantastic job. Attention to detail and friendly customer service is this team’s priority. You need to come in at 9am otherwise, these guys are always busy every weekend with repeat customers which is a testament to their great all round service. Being in the Sylvia Park Mall, you can kill alot of tasks with 1 stone ie grocery shopping and coffee break.

Very disappointed. Spent 89 dollars today for interior cleaning but the back chairs are not cleaned at all. They only cleaned the carpet but the details are not covered

For what was meant to be there top supreme groom service i would say fairly average result. Wheels still had break dust, dirt still on car mats, dirt still on leather looks like they quickly wiped over most surfaces. Looks more like a basic groom at best.

Have used the washing and interior clean several times and have always enjoyed good timely service.

Terrible terrible terrible, my car was better polished before they did it, they use dirty cloth to wipe everything and it was all white marks, my windows weren’t cleaned at all, they didn’t even vacuum the carpet they only washed the rubber mats, and dont get me started on the exterior of the car, honestly I had never ever gotten my car wash so badly
They gave me a voucher but I am afraid to go there and waste my 2 hours for nothing

Worst car wash ever, do not recommend at all, paid $124 for a wash that kids could have done better at a $20 school fundraiser! Stay clear

These guys are ALWAYS amazing! They do the best job any drive in car cleaning place do. I have been to others due to convienence but always feel disappointed! Espresso car wash Sylvia park do such a beautiful job - every time!

Disappointing really for$285.choosing professionally done, left with marks inside and outside the car, visible dust and spider webs around the side mirrors and window wipers, surely not going there again!

First time going here not bad but for nearly 200 dollars could've cleaned my windows properly and dressed tyres properly

I gave my car to them with so much rubbish and many more for them to deal with and they just made my car look brand new again! Definitely gained a frequent customer

Called and booked then turned up and they didnt have time and instead taking an hour they said it would now be 3hrs. These muppets have no idea how to run a business.

Loved it. Recomend to anyone that uses it. Fast & efficient. Drove home a happy customer. I forgot about the price, loved the price, it was worth it.

The car feels clean, but they left a couple of visible scratches inside the car. The rare wheels do not look polished as was promised. Will not wash there again.

Stopped using these guys. They do a very good job of cleaning the car but broke things like the centre console hinge and weather strips on the outside. My car is 18 years old and yes things will break as plastic gets a bit brittle when it is old and i accept this but i will not accept them not telling me when picking the car up and i find out when opening a door or opening the centre console.communication at an un acceptable level.

Helpful staff. Had to wait a bit longer than originally told, but that just proves their popularity related to location and ease. Bit pricey.

Damaged the vehicle while cleaning, initially denied liability then admitted what happened and agreed to pay. They wanted to only pay half cash and half vouchers, not ideal as this was a treat and not something we would do regularly. Especially in light of what has happened! They are now ignoring us leaving no option but to place this feedback and pursue the costs (significant) through our insurance. This will obviously cost them more with admin fees etc.

I got them to wash my car and left dripping chemical stains all over my car. I had to clean it again, use a polisher to remove all of the chemical marks and stains. First time using their service won't come back again.

Booked online and no one was there when I arrived. Waited around for ages and just left in the end. Pretty poor service. I won't be going back, they've just lost a regular customer.

Mediocre to say the least 159$ for wax and wash was hoping for a brilliant job unfortunately wax was left on parts of the body dirt in lower sill areas

Just a thought to all when picking up your vehicle get them to leave it outside as inside every car would loo look great unfortunately with a black car you can't hid missed areas and unbuffed wax residual!
