I'll give it a 4 star rating for now based on my experience on this day. I would say, they did a good job on cleaning my car. I avail the Super groom which is $149 and it will be $169 for my car a mine is an SUV and this includes a hand wax and polish which is bout $70 more with the deluxe wash which does not include wax and polish. They have told me that they should be finish by 2-3 hrs which is fine for me as I'm not in a rush and I would expect that time specially with a polish and wax. I went back a bit early than the given and it seems they finish washing the car as they are already wiping my car and starting to prepare and clean the inside. They finish the job which I'm happy with it but I hope they didn't forget to polish my car as i didn't see them (I might not see it) applying any wax or using a polish tool.

Chose the most expensive option, with wheel clean and wax. My car wasn't dirty at all, just had a car wash the week before but wanted it waxed and the wheels acid treated. Wax wasn't properly buffed in the door, hood and roof, wheels weren't properly cleaned. If you want a good wash, just go to Carfet in Greenlane. For the price, what I got was terrible.

Excellent job. Even though it was super busy on a Sunday they had excellent attention to detail. You do have to pay for it, of course, but their prices are in line with competitors and it's handy to drop off the car and get shopping done.

Great job, good service! Delivers what is expected. Comparing to same place at Botany Shopping Mall (dodgy), it is definitely a model to follow.

Took my pride an joy early Aug 2019.
Spoke with the team on my expectation of what I wanted.
Went off to watch a movie and my Ute looked like a totally brand new vehicle.
Exceeded my expectation with interior shampoo, engine steam clean, interior and exterior clean. They were recommended to me and glad they were. Would definitely go back.

I have got my Maserati, Bentley and now Cadillac done from this place now in last three years. Consistent quality of service. The best of this franchise and way better than many who would charge around $800 for something which these folks can deliver in under $400. Just ensure to give them enough time. It is worthwhile to pay less than half the price even if they take twice as much time than many others at the likes of Newmarket.

I thought the car was cleaned beautifully, until I opened the boot and found it hadn't been touched. Disappointed!

Not overly impressed. Scratches left that weren't there before as I did a full inspection prior and cleaning job was not done properly. Dirt left in sills and seats and concole were not cleaned properly. Disappointed tbh.

I would recommend this service to everyone.went through a car wash at the service station an got service scratches on my car because off it, i went to expresso carwash to see if they can help I paid extra for them to buff an clean my car an theres not one scratch on my car.car looks brand new an the guys there are so helpful an I would go to them to clean my car for now on

Just wow wow, i had mold in my car and took it to many places to get rid of it but denied by everyone then one of my friend recommend these guys and got back my car looking fresh and new.thanks guys great job.

Horrible service. Paid $94 for a premium service and it was a extremely bad experience. The car was completely dirty the exterior. Inefficient, poor Service. Never more I will come back. Not recommended this place for anyone.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. The outside of my car still had spots of bird poo, and specks of dirt. The inside was barely clean, still dog hair and crumbs on the seat, the seats looked like they hadn't even been touched. My windscreen was still dirty on the inside as the marks were still there. Seems like a quick job done for a large amount of money. Could've done a better job myself for free compared to their effort.would not reccomend and will never go back

Paid for VIP package and not worth for what was paid for. The dashboard, the interior and cup holders still had dirt and marks. Seemed like everything was rushed. It didn'tlook vacuumed. DEFINITELY DO NO RECOMMEND.

Is there 0 star for this? This place is not even worth 1 star! We took the car to just vacuum inside and polish the leather seats. They took 2 hours and wanted to charge us $200 for such a poor job. We didn't believe $200 was the cost of that. The man was aggressive and threatening. Be careful everyone. They are ripped off and nasty.

Not worth for what was paid for. Interior not properly vacuumed. Dashboard and cup holder with dirt and dust. Seats not properly vacuumed. Doors still dripping wet including shields- not wiped dry. Interior supposedly freshened but what lingered was smelly armpit and sweat of the cleaner. Seemed everything was rushed up.

These guys shampooed my car, but I was not happy with the average result, so took the car back and they did it again free of charge. This time, much better! Thanks, guys, for the awesome efforts!

Very poor workmanship, no pride in their work. Not vaccumed properly, not wiped properly. Alot of dust and dirty still visible in easy to reach spots. Waste off money.
