The workmanship Evans European delivered for a partial repaint on my car was appalling. They were unable to colour match the repainted parts to the rest of the car, leaving me with a sparkling, circus-like vehicle, which displays all the metallic colours of the rainbow. Terrible experience.

From First contact, reception was very welcoming and staff were very easy to deal with. Regular updates on status of repairs. All inquiries answered promptly. Took care of additional insurance matters. Wenr out there way to accommodate pick up on completion of Vehicle. Highly recommend the Team at Evans European. Thanks Team.

Amazing work - not sure how, but my car looks better now than it did when I bought it new a year ago. I'm a stickler for details, and surprisingly couldn't find a single fault, panel out of line, or blemish. Just perfect. And didn't steal my Versace shades I left in the car! Bonus points haha ;)

My cars has been repaired here several times. This time it was rear-end and I was going to repair it here. At the beginning, the front desk told me that as usual, they also provided free replacement cars, Because i'm not at fault and then recommended that I use the right 2 drive rental car, Because its car is big and free. So I called, and it turned out that right2drive is not free. Then I called evanseuropean. They said that if I don't rent a car from right2drive, they will charge me 200 New Zealand dollars and plus gst this time. I don’t know what kind of partnership they have with right2drive. I will never come here to repair cars in the future, and I will tell all my friends never to come here.

Got quoted $11,000 for a repair than ended up costing me $600 somewhere else. When I queried the quote I got given a tour of their facility to see "how much better we are the everyone else". Your facility looked just like the one I took my car too. I had a thoroughly weird experience at Evans - obviously not going to be my first pick in future!

Absolutely A* service! Grant and the front of house and bodyshop teams were very professional, kept me up to date at all stages with the repair (and the delay's in parts delivery), organised repair at VW of an oil leak that was found during the repair, and were just generally fantastic and super communicative throughout. My car was carefully repaired to the highest standard, and I will be highly recommending these guys to my friends and colleagues and anyone that needs body work completed.

Grant, Garth and his team did a fabulous job on my Jaguar XJ. I took it in for the front panel and bonnet to be repainted after sustaining stone-chip damage earlier in the year. The results are astounding. The car looks like new. They also gave the car a cut and polish, which revived the rest of the paint scheme. I am really impressed with the work and the team. Grant and the team are fantastic - great service and quality repairs. Definitely recommend going there if you need panel beating. Included valet and flexible about pickup and drop off.

Seems the new management is doing a good job, reception is very friendly and Grant sort out the inspection and booking really fast! Been here a couple of times for panel repairs, never got disappointed!

When only the very best will be good enough and you want a finished product that is exquisite in every respect Evans European are out on there own. It is rumoured Michelangelo did his master's degree right here in this Church Street Cathedral of perfection. You'd better start believing look no further this is off the scale when it comes to detail and finish.

Very very very bad. Gave my car to fix front bumper it took ages (which is covered by insurance) after I got my car back car hood is not working, it was working perfectly fine before I gave it to them. And to fix it they asked me to pay $$$ which is not my fault.
Please think twice before going to them.

As the new owner of Evans European we have systems in place and take theft very seriously. Surly if we had stolen something from your car you would have complained to us first so we could fix the problem. We take photos of everything before we start, please contact us as this name does not come up on our system.

Thanks Prabhu for your comment, as we did explain to you we fixed what was damaged and what the insurance company allowed us to do. As you removed a heat shield because of your after market grill the insurance company would not cover heat damage.

Just wanted to show some appreciation for the customer service they've provided. They actually went above and beyond to help me and my situation during a pretty challenging time for myself (car was involved in a hit and run), I would highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.
