31Had a car towed to them after an accident. They were fast and thorough in their report to the insurance company resulting in a speedy claim process. Highly recommended.
Stole my GPS after shaving spent 5 weeks assessing. Gave me someone else's inferior GPS. Then proceeded to tell me to prove it.
Don't leave anything that is removable from your car. I would even take the spare wheel with me as they probably will steal it too.
Bad service, never keep promises, keep on postponding, not trustable, will never choose them again.
Not even one star. They promised everything, including courtesy car with towbar, but have delivered nothing. Got Daihatsu with $3k excess, Terrible job, they left welds unprotected, extra screws left in door trim, windows were not working, damaged the trims, the bonnet, interior fingerprinted, and lying into your face, if you ask something. Any shop would do a better job, for less.
Worst place I’ve ever experienced. High recommend not to go here. There’s another place just down the road that did a far better job for a lot cheaper aswell.
My experience about Evans European is that they do not work on BMW period but you will be referred to a guy named Lars parson who on the other hand was my best decision above all the rest hands down.
A reasonable job done, but had to take the car back to finish the job properly. I saw their courtesy car today (red VW) and had to chuckle that the driver's door was a different shade of red.hardly a good advertisment for their painting skills.
The job they have done for my car was just average. It was delay 3 weeks more than they promised.it is ok to have delay.but you should call the client. Keeping the client informed is just a very basic customer service requirement.the account manger didn't replay my emails and answer my calls.the funny thing was a lady told me they have no idea when my car was going to be ready. If they have idea, who should know it? Won't use them again for sure. There are lot of choices out there.
Five Star Service. Evans European's communication was exceptional, their repair work flawless, and my vehicle was delivered back to me ten days earlier than expected with a beautiful bottle of wine and a bottle of touch up paint which I had completely forgotten to request. The level of service they have delivered is a rarity. Thoroughly recommended.
