Kylie had been a very good property manager for my entire rental apartment for my daughter in New Zealand. She will go the extra miles to help us and get things done. We are very blessed to had her to assist us since day 1. She is very professional and very helpful. We loved her service.

I am writing a much delayed thanking letter that I have been meaning to send to you. I don't know how to thank you for your wonderful care of looking after my investment properties all these years. I must say that, as I am an overseas investor, hiring you to look after my properties was a stroke of luck for me.
Believe me. I do have many experiences working with property managers throughout with my property portfolios. However, no one even comes near you. Your professionalism, ethic and diligence is shining like a beacon in this industry where trust is hard to find. I really want you to know that. Kylie's the best property manager I've ever met. She looked after the properities well and make me no worries for all these years. She's also working hard, responds promptly and provides solutions efficiently. She always gives professtional view points to save costs and make the best return to both landlords and tenants. WHY SHOULD HOUSING BECOME A COMMODITY? But I applaud Kylie's efforts to maintain the properties in the best conditions, and that her exercise of care in the selection of tenants and to provide incentives for good tenants to remain. The strategy results in happy tenants, reduces tenant turn over, and in the long run, great saving for the property owners, both on rental income and the cost of maintenance.

Kylie is the best property manager in town! I now have got happier tenants and more money. She has increased my rent by $150. It made me realised how much I have lost during the two years when I was with another property management company - Almost $15,000! Kylie understood the market and is equally fair to the tenants and landlords. For an owner who is living overseas, I feel absolutely worry free when it comes to my New Zealand property. All landlords want is fair rent with good tenants. Unfortunately such common senses are rare commodity these days.

I am renting a property managed by Kylie now for nearly six years and have just extended my lease for another year. In these years I have always experienced perfect professionalism and truly caring customer service from her. It is a joy to work with such a proficient property manager and great person.

I met Kylie the first time when I moved into our rental flat in Henderson 12 years ago with my partner and we stayed in contact since then even after I moved back to Germany.
It has always been a pleasure to work with Kylie, she´s a hard worker and she knows her job very well.
I´m happy for her that she now has her own business. There is no doubt that she will stand up to all the challenges.
