Paul Munro has been involved in our terminate extermination process. He is an expert in his field and is totally professional and customer focused. While on our job, he identified and quickly removed a wasp nest while going about his termite extermination work. It has been a pleasure working with Paul and I would highly recommend him for any job.

We use Flick Pest Control to carry out monthly pest inspections at our Auckland facility, our technician Nav is very thorough in his inspections. Nav provides great support with pest sightings and his extensive knowledge in Pest Control Systems ensures we are protected against any pest intrusions.

Paul Munro has been doing pest control for all 3 childcare centres since over 4 years. Very professional n knowledgeable person. Well aware of hazards and keep us well informed of all the precautions required prior carrying out the services. Highly recommended.

Paid for heat treatment in July, we are in October and I still haven't received my package. The staff at Flick really has to receive some sort of training on how to respond to emails and on how to pick up a phone and call a customer back. Their staff doesn't respond to emails or give their customers feedback that paid for a servic. I would be ashamed to receive a salary if I didn't do my job!

Awful experience its taken weeks to get our product fumigated and I have been calling every day for a week and after repeated promises to get back to me Im still ignored and have no idea when to expect our product. Every time Neil answers the phone he says he will call me right back and never does.we just want some Answers.: (

Excellent service. However, please remember to cover or remove any plants. We had to spend a couple hours wiping the office plants with clean water as they had started wilting and going brown.

Simply a horrible service. The only things Flick do well are: (a) destroying your package through their own incompetence; (b) failing to communicate with you; and (c) not processing the refund they have promised you.

I’ve never left a review but Flick Anticemex is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Paid Flick money to treat a rare and expensive wooden item coming in from overseas. They never bothered to pass on the information and it was destroyed by NZ Quarantine (they had a month to tell them). Never got in touch with me. No apology. No sign of promised refund. Complete negligence.

Edit: Replied in private. No response. Disgraceful company. Clearly just trying to save face on a public forum and then do nothing about it.
